The workers failed to show up for two scheduled appointments. I had to call and get them rescheduled. If you are late, you must call the customer.

AWT subcontracted the job. The two guys that showed up looked & smelled awful. Very unprofessional.

There's no follow-up on the project. Pay only for the labor, and get the material you need on your own. Make sure they finish the project, because this is not explained to you. Don't assume anything, ask questions prior to hiring this company.

Contractor was courteous, personnel were respectful. AWT did what they agreed to do, when the were scheduled to do it with no hidden fees or charges.

AWT replaced three windows and also repaired a roof vent and ceiling. These repairs are in a house that I own in Macon, Ga. and I haven't been able to see their finished work just yet.

Workers were very quick, but we're also personable. Even removed their shoes because I just had new carpet installed.

Work was started on time and fished neatly and quickly.

We had siding, 3 windows, and gutters installed. During installation termites were found. All repairs, even the extra damage from the termites were done quickly and at a good price. We are very pleased with the finished product and we will definately call again for any new projects.

Thank you for doing such a great job installing the 11 Vista brand windows at my rental property in Warner Robins. The crew (headed by the owner's son David), was polite, professional, arrived on time and got the job done right. I think that my late Mom (who used to own the house) would be thrilled with how the new windows look.

This company came to my rescue when I was desperate. I had old insulation and mothballs that had to be removed immediately from my attic. They did a great job, and everyone was very courteous. One point that I wished was different. I was not informed that the new insulation would be blown cellulose. By disclosing all information, it allows the customer to have complete trust in the company. I assumed that it would be foam, because I was not familiar with cellulose. I say this, because I have been "burned" several times. However, I would definitely recommend this company to others.
