Please read before hiring A Walk Of Elegance. Our 5-6 day cabinet painting job lasted 4 weeks and was never fully completed. Painters were not experienced or proficient in cabinet painting â 4 repaints before even minimally acceptable. They did not use dust control, did not bring the proper equipment, and damaged our floor and ceiling. A salesman showed up to reinstall cabinet doors because the painter refused to; they were never adjusted properly. Very unprofessional at all levels, made worse by poor communications. We were extremely inconvenienced in every aspect of daily living. Their delays also forced multiple rescheduling of appliance delivery which eventually caused us to have to buy available models, costing us a lot more money. We would not allow A Walk Of Elegance workers back in our house, and obtained estimates for damage repair from reliable contractors. The owner offered only to cover the cost of damages by waiving balance of contract, as the two amounts were very close. There was no other attempt made to address customer satisfaction issues. Sherri & Jackie were recommended to me by my realtor. My condo needed updating and some renovations in order to be more presentable to sell. They did an excellent job in a timely manner. Both ladies were a pleasure to work with and workmanship was top quality.

Sherri was great in terms of follow-up and making sure our project was completed to our satisfaction.

I loved working with this company. Sherri the owner went above and beyond for us. My wife and I were looking to have floors installed. We already had the floors bought. Sherri and Rachel came out, after-hours to give me a free quote. Long story short, after an hour long consultation with these ladies (interior designers), we decided to return the flooring we had and get all new flooring. The flooring we went with was a higher quality and cost less. Sherri made herself available throughout the purchase, delivery and install. Rachel even did the return for us and Sheri arranged for someone to come pick up the old flooring on a Saturday evening just to accommodate my busy schedule. I hands down recommend this company to anyone interested in flooring, interior design help, painting, or blinds. The next project we will have Sherri help us with is paint selection for our bedroom and then window treatments.

Not only was the work excellent is it but I had a very difficult space to remodel and the design work that was done was beyond approach. I have gotten so many compliments on the remodel it exceeded all my expectations.

They kept up with the job, communication and follow up is excellent. They are courteous and professional and did a fantastic job. If you have any problems with your flooring installation they will come back and fix it, no questions asked, they are extremely easy to get in-touch with.
