Be very careful in considering A Wallace for any project. Hired him to do a retaining wall project that ideally takes 2 weeks to complete. Over a year later and the wall was a mess, had to fire him for his incompetence and hire another contractor to redo wall from scratch. With Andy all youâ ll get are excuses, lies and incompetence. Stay away from this incompetent fool. Pursuing legal action against him.

From the initial meeting w/ Andy for our fairly difficult basement waterproofing job in Boston, through to its completion, everything moved along quickly and successfully. Andy and Brendan do high quality work and the end result is fantastic. Their price was very fair also. Communication was excellent throughout also. I'm happy to highly recommend Andy Wallace Construction for even the most difficult, commercial building jobs, and am confident you'll be as happy as we are with the results and workmanship we got. Andy was fantastic to work with on our foundation repair project. Upon initial contact, he made it over to assess and estimate within a short amount of time. He was thoughtful, listened to our assessment, communicative and the only one to diagnose the problem correctly, which ultimately saved us money from unnecessary digging and exploring. He and his team worked neatly and quickly to repair our foundation! Weâ ve had flash floods since and no water getting in. Highly recommend.

I hired them to waterproof my basement after a significant amount of water infiltration after the storms this summer. Andy took the time to go over each step of the waterproofing, unlike a couple of other bidders. His pricing was very fair for the amount of work performed. The work area was kept clean, and all debris was removed. I would definitely recommend them.

I hired Wallace construction to address a decades old, but deteriorating driveway drainage issue. Andy came by to assess the problem and explain his suggested solution, which was much simpler than the other contractor who looked at it. He quickly provided a reasonable and detailed bid. He let me know that he would be able to do the work in 4 weeks, and showed up on the day he'd said, completed the work very neatly, and on schedule. He checked in about how the drains were working a couple of weeks after completion and quickly remedied a small issue we had without any additional charge. I would recommend Wallace Construction to anyone looking for drainage solutions.

Andy and his team removed our popcorn ceilings and repainted the ceilings and all of the walls and trim in our roughly 1,000 sq ft condo. From start to finish, Andy was timely, knowledgeable, and professional. He was available to answer my (many!) questions before starting the project and thoughtfully sent us progress pictures during our week away while the work was being done. Removal of popcorn ceilings is a very messy project and we were so appreciative of the clean up job they did as well! We are in love with the finished product - our place looks brand new! We would highly recommend him and his team for any project!

Andy and his team did a great job waterproofing my basement. I just bought my condo and had a field stone and stone basement that leaked every time it rained. Him and his team went above and beyond to make sure that it was completely dry. They were professional, hardworking, polite and thorough on the job. I really appreciated how Andy picked up on details that absolutely every other person who came and looked at my building missed. I am thrilled with the job they did, and it was pretty massive. They were here for four weeks waterproofing my basement and the different phases that process went through showed real diligence, knowledge and care toward a job well done. Communication was easefilled and thorough throughout. I am already planning on hiring them again.

Results were excellent. Communications was great. Reliable, Trustworthy, Hardworking, pro active, delivered results above and beyond what I asked. Cleaned up after themselves. They even cleaned up after prior contractors and completed some of the work they had left sundown. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

Andy and Brendan did a fantastic job converting our popcorn ceilings into a smoorh finish via plastering. They took on a big job refinishing most of the ceilings in a 2200 sqft condo. A good portion of the work was very challenging due to vaulted ceilings with a steep pitch. After the plaster work was done, Brendan stayed on and did an excellent job painting the vaulted ceilings for us. I would highly recommend their work. It is not only high quality, but a reasonable price. On top of that you couldn't ask to work with two nicer guys.

I am very pleased with the work of Wallace construction. I hired Andrew to finish my ceiling and to save it from a previous bad job. He re-plastered and painted the ceiling giving me the smooth look I was looking for. He is professional and cordial. I would recommend him to anyone needing his services.

Originally, I gave him great rating but now more issues have come up. There are cracks in the ceiling. I reached out to him yesterday and he got back to me at first, apologized and said he would get back with me later, and got back to me the next day. While he did want to come look at the the ceiling, I decided to end the project for now. To my surprise Andrew Wallace offered to issue me a full unsolicited refund.

Andy completed a difficult ceiling job in our condo. Results were great, the job was completed on time for a reasonable price. Would hire again.

Andre came out day and time he committed to. He promptly scheduled a date and time for the repair He did the job perfectly and didn't charge me an arm and a leg I am completely satisfied with the quality of his work and professionalism!
