We had a problem and when Mr West heard about what happened he called and apologized and made amends. The work that was done was good. I will hire them again.

After the initial inspection which I was told everything was fine there where issues that where not fine. I feel that I was taken for a ride, the power company came out after the inspection was done and said they could not turn on the power because the main switch was rusted. Called West back they fixed. When I asked why was this not notice they did not give a response. Now $800 late I really feel like this was the worse experience I have had and I would not recommend West to anyone.
