The job was to replace a shed ramp with steps, install railing and replace the double doors. We were very excited in the beginning. Krystal stressed the importance of making sure the customer was pleased with the work. The job that we thought would take at most a couple of weeks has gone unfinished after 4 months. A good job was done on the steps and railing. However, the doors that were initially purchased did not fit. It was decided to order custom-made doors. We were aware that there would be a delivery delay but when the doors came in, they were mismatched. Additionally, modifications still had to be done to make the custom doors fit. One door was installed and the other returned and the correct door was reordered in early December. To date (end of February) we have not heard anything from Krystal about the doors or completing the job. Several attempts have been made to contact her but no response. We are very disappointed because she seemed like a professional person of integrity but her actions have proven otherwise.

Did not have the skills to finish job accepted. Charged me more than triple original quote. Had to rehire someone else to finish job and rebuy parts they had damaged. Very disappointed as Crystal originally appeared honest and trustworthy, however, I am still dealing with the fallout from hiring this company. May be good at home cleaning, but would not hire for any type of carpentry work or skilled labor tasks.

Krystal did excellent job. She has awesome work ethic. She is very personable and easy to communicate with concerning your ideas. I highly recommend her to everyone for her excellent work she does.
