One Time Interior House Cleaning
When they came to do the estimate, we stressed our major concern was cleaning the carpet which had stains. They particularly asked what kind of chemicals we prefer and we said whatever that can get the carpet cleaned. They then sent two cleaning ladies (who were late for half an hour). I gave them my phone number to call me once the place is done, but they never called and left with the door unlocked, carpet uncleaned, and various other places uncleaned.
I then communicated with the manager, manager said they can't clean the carpet (which they agreed to at the first place) and found another carpet cleaning company to do it, at extra $550. I asked for a discount because the work was not done well, e.g. even surface of cabinet and floor uncleaned, manager gave me $20 off, and with many back and forth, sent back the ladies to finish the cleaning, After cleaning the 2nd time, they took the $20 discount back. I am exhausted communicating with them, definitely not recommend

Weâ ve used AXIS Cleaning Services multiple times over the past few years. They are so quick to respond, have trustworthy, respectable staff dedicated to ensuring the job is not just done, but done RIGHT! Pricing is the best u will find in this area & the solid communication involved in scheduling, providing estimates, & even follow up is outstanding. They are transparent, no random add on prices, & can conveniently accept almost all forms of payment. Weâ ve just moved out of state & utilized them for one last â move out cleaning,â and have decided they will be our go-to cleaning crew we will always call to clean our rental homes between renters. Even without eyes on, from out of state, we know we can trust them to do a great job. Cannot recommend them enough! Do it. Make the call, send the text or email; you wonâ t be disappointed.

One Time Interior House Cleaning
I hired axis cleaning services for an apartment clean out. I called them about a week before the scheduled date, which was one day before I had to turn in my keys. On the day of cleaning, the last step in a long tedious move out process, I first get a call saying the cleaners can?t come at the scheduled time because their car broke down but they will send another crew in the next time slot, 2:30-4pm. I said that was absolutely fine, and at 2pm I get a call that they?re outside. No one is there and I call back and I was told they?re having trouble parking. Still no problem, I?ll wait. I waited for 45 minutes until I finally got a response saying they couldn?t find parking and so they left. I am completely flabbergasted because there are 3 parking garages a stones throw away from this building, one which was is connected to it and I checked to see the sign outside saying there were over 100 spots left among the multiple floors. I called back multiple times asking them to let me meet them outside and I?ll show them exactly where to park because I?m desperate at this point, all my cleaning supplies have been moved out and I have nothing. They left me high and dry and at almost 4pm no other services were available to come out that same day. I would not recommend Axis at all, literally go with anyone else.

It is important to note that before your cleaning you neglected to mention that there were limited parking space and you should've told me from the beginning where our ladies should park. i would've told the ladies where to park. The ladies informed me that 100 of the parking spots that you mentioned that there was a sign that says 1 hour parking and there was no way that the ladies could park there. We had our first team that tried to come to your apartment to do the cleaning but our company's car broke down. I have tried to send in my second team but they were at your appartment, they tried to find a parking space outside the garage but all of the parking space had a one hour parking, the ladies then went into the first garage but there was no parking space. two other garages we have to pay to get in for parking. even my manager called you to let you know that there are limited parking space. Please note that all of the new customers and existing customers tell us where to park before their estimate and cleaning but you as the customer neglected to mention that. I am very appalled by your dishonesty and next time you hire another cleaning company please be sure to let them know where to park."

They arrived late and wanted to delay cleaning my home until another day, but ultimately they did a great job. My only concern is that I was charged for a longer time than when they were there.

Our pricing are very competitive and the only reason why it took longer is because your house has 6 bedroom and 5 bathrooms that needed to be cleaned. We do a first cleaning because to maintain the house for the standard cleaning for your regular cleaning services and you told me you needed a move in cleaning in which it wasn't stated in your comments when you sent in the cleaning request. We scheduled your cleaning on your preferred date. We really appreciate your valuable feedback and we will continue to strive to make our services better."

Maria and Melissa were very nice people to work with. Although they only speak Spanish, we communicated through translation on our phones. The ladies worked hard and cleaned most nooks and crannies but need new equipment. If I have them back, I will have them use my equipment, unless the owner buys them something better to use. I can’t give them 5 stars because the equipment “left a lot to be desired” in their ability to get things really clean. It was NOT because of their efforts. It was simply a matter of not being able to get it clean with the equipment they had. Management was responsive to what I needed done and handled the appointment well. I will have them back for regular service if the “price is right.” We are discussing that now. Their initial one time cleaning was done at a very competitive price.

"On the day of the estimate. You opted not to go with the hourly rate, and you did not allow me to check the house. The house was not cleaned in a long time. You insisted on getting a flat rate, but I made myself clear that the ladies will not take more than 2 hours.. Our insurance does not us to lift heavy furniture. if you want the cleaners to do a good job, the move-out cleaning will always be an hourly rate. The hourly rate will be different because the ladies can take as many hours as they can. The job was half done because you wanted a fixed price."
