I have my regular plumber but wanted a second quote so I went on the Angie app. They recommended several plumbers to install an automatic water main valve shut off unit that I needed for my homeowners. AXP contacted me on a Sunday and had a technician out by 9:00 on Monday. Felipe was wonderful and gave me an extremely reasonable quote. His boss, Albert came with parts and they did the work. Came across some excessive root problems but fixed the issue that made the job harder and longer but they got the job done!! Very professional and kept me abreast every step of the way. I would highly recommend this company!

Installation time and response time to schedule the job were excellent. Finished project was good expect they did not support the expansion tank as they had promised. My main issue was with their honesty about pricing. I asked several times by text if the installation would be per code. I went on to list all the components necessary including moisture/sediment trap, expansion tank and hard pipes vent. AXP response my list and questions were yes, per code. I sent 3 pictures showing the entire existing hit water heater. Sure enough, when they arrive I?m told the expansion tank was not included and it was an extra $150. I asked and listed, more than once, the expansion tank. It was a Friday and we had not hadda hit shower since Monday so, I reluctantly agreed. I bitched up a storm and threw out a few expletives and initially told the ;!&/(@? to take it back. But, we needed hot water. I also inquired about a 10% senior discount on labor but that went nowhere. AXP techs did great work.

AXP went above and beyond!! I called them to come take a look at a leak and ended up re-piping the whole house due to bad plumbing. They came over, did an inspection and gave me a fair price. They were on site the next day, ready to work. They are a very efficient and hard working team, I highly recommend them.

Ace Appliance was very professional, start to finish. Claudia was professional in reserving our appointment and was able to get a technician out within a day. They assigned a 4 hour window for our service. However, they have a text system that alert us when Albert was en route which makes it very efficient for me to plan my time. Albert was here on-time and was courteous. He seemed to be very familiar with our refrigerator. In the past, we've had technicians who seemed a bit stumped as we have an LG. He had the part on his truck and was able to fix it onsite (involved having to unload the freezer and clean out the ice as the fan access was inside in the back of the freezer). He left the work area clean and was out within about 45 minutes. I also got a text with my receipt, Alberts picture, and all the details of the job. Very professional and I would definitely use Ace again.

Our tech, Albert, arrived about 5:00 p.m. We had the unit ready to be work on and the surround area cleared so he could check the unit out, which he did and quickly found that a "spin shifter" was the problem according the tests and computer lights told him. He had the part in his truck, pulled the problem item out, installed the new one with the washer tilted back for access, set the washer back upright and tested the electronic readings. He ran a short cycle and found that t he unit was working properly. We have since run several loads of laundry and the unit is doing fine. Problem fixed!! As a long-time engineer I asked him a lot of questions, so between his fixing the problem and my curiosity he spent about an hour here. The cost was $244. I was very impressed with Albert's background, experience, and attitude about his job. I'm keeping his card!! DRM

Replaced entire unit but one of the wheel started squeaking a couple of months after installation. George came back out and replaced the entire wheel. They stand by their warranty.
