Over-promised services, under-delivered on follow-through. We hired them to move from the Charlotte metro area to the NC coast for retirement in Dec. 2021. On House pack-out day I had five guys show up and just start throwing things into boxes with minimal paper wrap protection. If fact, they had to go find more paper and tape to wrap after blowing through my stock of box tape. The process went badly enough that the company fired one worker that evening. (Who knew kitchen pots would become ovals on unpacking?) Truck load out day: two trucks showed up for a 2200 sqft home. One was a medium sized, and the other a small rental truck with an over-cab portion. Needless to say, they attempted to shove and stuff everything in those two trucks until it became obvious, and after I had complained repeatedly about damages, that another truck would have to be sent out the next day, moving day, to finish the pack out. On a moving day, the needed truck was late arriving (the driver overslept) and I had to leave before loading was completed. My neighbor did do a walk-through to ensure everything was loaded and he took the keys for the next day house sale. On arrival and unloading for move in day, the trucks were very late and did not arrive until, 5pm. Granted, it was a five hour drive but, the move lead stated that they would be on the road by 8am. Again, it seems, the driver overslept, the keys were missing, etc. Offloading was a very hurried event and my son and I assisted as much as possible. But as items were coming off of the truck, it was evident that a lot of damage had been done. The crew said take pictures, we will reimburse you. I phoned the move coordinator (Robin) who said the same thing while asking for payment. I sent pictures and damage totals but suddenly, cell phone service just disappeared, Robin does not work here anymore, the owner will call you back Anyway, I know this is over a year in the past, but, this was my retirement as a nursing house supervisor after almost three years of COVID experiences and previous 26yrs of military service. I wanted it to go right. Anyway, I have yet to here back from the movers and can only assume that they have moved on with my money and other ignored customers.

They broke our table, piano, priceless items and will not return any calls or emails.

Great movers, moved a very old grandfather clock and it was delivered and set up perfectly. Could not ask for better service, and the price was reasonable.

Very pleasant and made my experience of moving stress free and the cost was very reasonable and the work was exceptional I would definitely recommend them anywhere anytime anyplace!!
