I got a wonderful sidewalk, Karl was a wonderful person to work with. I couldn't have been happier with the results. He is a very kind, caring individual and I would highly recommend him for any concrete work that anyone wants to do.

Karl Rocks! He's easy to get along with,very patient & customer satisfaction oriented. Within two hours of finding him through this service I received a call from Chris (his wife) to set up an appt. the NEXT DAY! Wow. Then, and this is unheard of, he actually showed up on the day that I had hoped he would come to start the job - even stopped by the night before to go over any last minute details. I have already recommended him to a friend and have asked him to provide me with quotes for more work. I know what I'm talking about - I was married to a general contractor for 13 years - Karl is a safe, reliable, reasonable fellow! A+++++++++++++++

I would firmly recommend AYN to any projects. I'm pleased with the way that they treated me and not talk down to me with my project 4/19/10**Update, The project is complete & I'm pleased with my decision to go with A.Y.N. In fact, I would like him with the cracked asphalt portion of the driveway-wiating for a proposal.

we have not done the work yet, but so far Karl has done everything he was supposed to. He showed up for the initial appointment, listened to our needs, and followed up promptly with a proposal. We are just waiting to get ourselves together, but definately plan on using Karl to do the work.

We hired A.Y.N., LLC because his apparent knowledge of how to do the job fit our experience, and because he offered a good price. The job was done just as we asked, and, in fact, the company did more than we asked. Mr. Tanguay visited us a few days after the job was completed to make sure we were satisfied. We anticipate hiring his company again in the spring.

They removed our old deck and built a new larger beautiful deck very quickly. There was extra wood left so they made me (2) bench/tables out of the material. I would use them again. Very professional and the best bid.

I called them yesterday, they returned my call. He was in my area and came to give me a free estimate within the hour. I hired him, he came back the next day and took care of the lawn for us. He did a great job and I would most definitely hire him again and I would recommend him to my friends and family. Thanks so much for a job well done.

Karl was extremely professional, clearly defined the work to be done and completed all activities on time. He installed a paver walkway and garden edge for us and we'll definitely use him when we're ready to install a backyard patio. Great job!

We love our new deck. A.Y.N. was a pleasure to work with. We are using them on future projects. They had the expertise we needed in a contractor to build a deck in the water on the edge of our pond. Other contractors passed on our project but A.Y.N. came through. They are licensed and insured which is important to us especially when applying for the proper permits. I highly recommend them. P. S.

Once started finished promptly. Did a great job. Deck looks better than I expected and the railings and steps are sturdy. Cleaned up the old deck and trash. Other than the new deck I wouldn't have known they were here. Karl was very professional person and fun to work with . Out of a possible 5 star rating I would rate my experience a 5 star. Thanks Karl
