very courteous, but took over 2 weeks to get appraisal - had to threatened him to get appraisal, but he stated emailing is a new system and was not his fault. I would use this service again

AYS does quality work and is willing to actually do the needed research to get the best value for the property. AYS came through when many others were just content with doing a comp search and calling it a day. The work was thorough and although the price was a little higher than norm, it was well worth it given the effort put into delivering a quality product.

he took a lot longer, he said turnaround time would be 48-72 hrs, but he took 10 days from inspection( 7 business days), and the aprox. value that he said he would give was a lot lower, should have said from the begining what he really thought it would really appraise for. I think $30,000.00 us/dlls is a very big difference and he would know.
