Stavros Salivanos helped me with remodeling my house , and honestly we always run across bad contractors but Stavros ? No this lady is mistaking and looks like she just wants to harm him and his business , what a shame such hate in this world blessings to you and your business this will only make you stronger keep up the good work

Az city homes is one of the best providers in Arizona and most honest , we hire them all the time they also hired us to do work for them , this lady in the past, she was accusing az city homes for things that were made up by her and her husband , also did the same thing with our colleague the plumber harassed him and accused him of things made up by her and her husband , while there we couldn’t help not to notice the drug paraphernalia all around the house along with Satanic icons and pictures of skulls and devils hung all over the house. Their backyard looks like a junkyard full of metal sheets and wires things collected . We have tried helping them out, but they always harass us start videotaping and calling us names., we highly suggest Miss and Mr. Martinez seek professional as soon as possible, the issue she’s having is very common in Arizona city plus she has been living at the house for three years , az city never received $9000?. Martinez , you need help please don’t wait

If I could give zero stars, I would. Stavros Silvanos and AZ City Homes have caused my family heartache, danger, and harassment. Our home was full of defects from day one: miswired oven, tripping outlets, clogged sewer lines, leaking windows, foundation cracks, crooked kitchen, and a flooding yard. I even paid $9,000 extra for a wall Stavros promised but never built. Worse, Stavros harassed us?yelling, threatening, sending obscene texts, and even staging intimidation with a false police call. He doesn?t fix problems; he bullies. This isn?t just poor workmanship?it?s fraud and intimidation. Avoid AZ City Homes at all costs.

Each day he arrived on schedule, and finished promptly within his estimated project timeline. Throughout the project, whenever we asked for changes, he outlined all our options and the costs associated them, and then gave us the opportunity to pick what worked best within our budget. We were grateful for his expertise, pleasant and respectful demeanor and most importantly, we were thrilled with the final project. In fact, we were so happy with his craftsmanship, that we have already lined him up for other projects at our home. Stavros made it very easy for us to highly recommend him to anyone looking for a competent, sincere and conscientious contractor.
