Garage Door Repair
Ziv did a great job. He installed new rollers (all 10 of them) on the garage door, and replaced the garage door opener with a new one. You could tell he was experienced by the quality of his work and by how quickly he completed all the tasks that needed to be done. He didn't have to look at any set of directions from the manufacturer or a 'how-to' book. The opener is so much quieter than the one I had! In addition to his excellent workmanship, I found him to to be very respectful and courteous as well.

Az Express Services did a great job painting the interior of my house. They were on time and very professional throughout the job. They prepared the room properly and covered up all of my belongings before they started painting and cleaned up after they were done. I was surprised at how quickly and well they did the job. I'm very pleased with the finished product. They kept me in the loop at all times so I knew what time they would be done. I'd definitely recommend them to anybody who wants a painting job done well and with minimal fuss.

The contractor was hired to repair drywall cracks and paint to match which he claimed he could do. However he could not match the paint and left it looking worse than it was to begin with. The ceilings looked better with the little crack than with the splotchy mess that was left. I also found a few spots in the house where he patched a crack but never painted. Then while cleaning up his paint tools he splattered white paint all over the side of the house which could not be washed off. Bottom line... I had to hire another contractor to clean up the mess and do the job right.

I hired Jonathan and his team to paint a couple rooms in my house, install shower fixtures, replace towel racks, touch up some caulking, and do some grout work. Basically, I needed a jack-of-all-trades. Not all that easy to find! So, I think I got lucky when I chose to give AZ Express a call because from day 1 Jonathan and his team provided professional service, communicated clearly, paid attention to detail, and just did an overall great job on my project. I plan to use AZ Express next time I have a project that needs to get done and would recommend them to anyone.

Estimator under-estimated work required by 40%. Painter left quite a mess in sink and counter area. There were quite a few drips and missed areas. Masked areas were left with tape scraps and residue. Just wanted them out of the house by the time they were done.

The quality of the work was excellent. however their followup administratively was non existent. The person that did my service said that he would send an invoice but never did. I have left a message and email them, and have received no response what so ever . This lack of follow up raises concern that i may not recieve any needed follow up services.

AZ Express called within a minute from the time I requested service on Home Advisors. Sharone. technician , did an exceptional job at explaining the options on why the door would not close. Troubleshooting was spot on and within an hour I had new sensors and wiring performed at a competitive price. I would recommend using them and would call again for any garage door service needs.
