Richard was very courteous & friendly. He took the time to explain exactly what was going on with our garage door repairs, & what our options were. He even gave us a price quote on each option. He even came out on the day that we contacted him, which isn't the norm, now a days. Some of the equipment was a bit higher priced, but does appear to be of good quality. I would definitely hire A-Z in the future, & will recommend them to others.

Honest, knows garage doors, my door is very quiet now. Richard will be my repair source if I have garage door problems. Arrived on time and gave me some really good advice.

Richard was very friendly, courteous, and responsive. The rental home we moved into had a 2-car garage firvwhich the garage door opener stopped functioning. It appeared to be an older garage door opener that had a gear that was missing teeth. As this occurred during a time many contractors were very busy with repairs after Hurricane Irma it seemed we would need to wait for at least a week for a contractor. Richard indicated he would come first thing in the morning but I was not available. I mentioned that the evening is good for me. So Richard drove to my house that evening and worked on the garage for over 3 hours. He replaced the opener with a new Battery-backup Chamberlain opener, replaced the chain driven opener with a direct drive version, replaced the wiring with new wiring, rebalanced the garage door springs, replaced the inside garage door opener button with a computer panel, installed a new keypad outside, programmed two remotes, and helped me program a garage door opener in my SUV. He did all that for the price he quoted for the garage door opener. He then followed me to my mother's garage a few blocks away to assess her opener and indicated it was functioning properly so we could replace later. Richard retired from the US Navy and is definitely deserving of respect for his past service and ongoing customer service in post-Navy retirement.
