Job is still unfinished and contractor is not returning calls. Contractor did not do any of the work himself and instead hired subcontractors. Subs did a good job, however, spent a great deal of time on the job sitting and waiting for materials from Rich. Subs were scolded for using higher quality materials and taking extra time to get the job right. Custom doors were supposedly ordered over 12 weeks ago and after 2 phone calls and an email, we are assuming that they were never ordered. Job took much longer than it should have and Rich had a lot of family related excuses. Job still not done 4 months later.

The sales side of the project was great. The final product was extremely impressive. We had some communication issues with the contractor during the project which led to a week overdue; but we'd use A-Z again for their value to product ratio!
