Steven installed new hardwood floors in our bedrooms while also refinishing the 20-year-old hardwood floors in the den, kitchen, and dining rooms. Steven did a great job! Our floors turned out amazing. He is truly an expert at installation and refinishing. Steven was very easy to communicate with and he responded to messages immediately. Steven put down sample stains of the colors that I had requested. He was even willing to mix stains, which is what I did. My floors are 50/50 Weathered Oak and Jacobean. I couldn't be happier with how beautiful they turned out.

An excellent contractor, goes above and beyond making sure the customer's expectations are exceeded. The work was started and completed on time, the quality of the work was exceptional. I cannot place a higher recommendation. This is a true professional that did a professional job.

In the many years that I worked with contractors in both the residential and commercial construction and renovation industry, I never worked with or for anyone more professional and courteous than Phane Flooring and Construction LLC. Steven refinished our hundred year old reclaimed oak flooring. He and his crew showed up to work exactly as he clearly explained to relocate our upstairs furniture to other rooms and protect our downstairs flooring as they moved their equipment upstairs. Their sanding and preparation was virtually dustless and their quality of and pride in their work was evident in how cleanly they sanded the corners and tight places. The finished floors were better than I thought possible with the old flooring. They completed the job right on schedule and did excellent work for a very competitive price. Steven refinished the 110 year-old heart pine floorboards of our front hall and living room. The quality of his work was outstanding! The floors are absolutely gorgeous! He showed up when he said he would, was very skilled and professional, and his use of a dustless sander was a big plus. Steven's estimate was half that of a larger flooring/refinishing company. I recommend him without any reservation!
