I had this plumber called out to remove clogs (which he did well) and to look at a major leak in my sprinkler system (10,000 gallons in ten days). He was late arriving. Then, while I was trying to turn the water back on to the sprinklers, he left. He claimed that I was going to be charged extra if he went over the allotted time, which makes no sense, since I can not imagine there is a specified amount of time. It felt to me more like he knew he was running late for his other calls too, so he was blowing me off. He was rude about the whole thing, and whether he was telling the truth (and I was going to be charged extra to have him do the entire job I called him out for) or he was lying to try and get home on time, I would recommend against ever using this company.

If you are using your home warranty for a plumbing issue and this company is selected to fix your issue. Contact your Home Warranty and immediately request a different service provider. This company has poor customer service for example, they will schedule an appointment with you and NO Call and No show they are also known for ordering incorrect parts to complete jobs.

Joe was very efficient and friendly! Will call AZ Plumbing if I have any other plumbing issues.
