Very responsive and polite. The immediate problem, a leaking water valve to the ice-maker appeared fixed when the associate left. However, the leak recurred. The next plumber said the first plumber did not put in all the parts required for a lasting repair.

He went over and above the requirements even to the point of coming in to help hook up the new stove. When we found other items that needed to be repaired, there was no question he was the one to turn to to get the job done quickly and properly.

I needed to have the gas piping to my grill and fire pit totally re-installed. AZ Preferred did such an impeccable job, I have scheduled them for two additional remodel jobs inside my home. This job required a permit and inspection. All were handled professionally and efficiently. I highly recommend AZ Preferred for any plumbing or gas-related project.

I was glad I called this company. They resolved my problem. We had broken faucet, and the underneath closet started to flood too. Marat not only reinstalled the faucet, but also referred me to the professional, who could repair the closet. I would recommend this plumbing company to all of my friends. This company did not charge me any extra money for the service they named the price over the phone and did not change it later, which also helped me with managing my finances.

Marat did thee work the same day and for a fair price. The time he took to explain the process of connecting my gas line to my new bbq and the safety checks he did after the work was completed was a testament to his quality and care he puts into his work. I would recommend him immediately.
