A to Z did a really great job on installing my roof, However when negotiating the original and first price I also saw their coupon on their servicemagic online profile stating $500 off roof install and I wanted to include this as well but they would not honor this at all- they told me that the price was already negotiated and that the coupon online will not apply. I think that there needs to be somekind of disclaimer in relation to this coupon or just take it off!!! Did not feel right about that-

I received an estimate quickly and the price was in the same range as 2 others I had obtained. The work was promised for the following 7-10 days. I called the office after 10 days and left a messge with the receptionist. I received no call, so called the salesman. He had the office manager call me. Mike stated he would check on the delivery of the skylight and call me back. That never happened. A week later I called again to find out the skylight would be delivered the next week. The order was set in motion June 29 and installed July 23. The 2 man installation team had the work done in less than 1 hour.

Overall, A-Z roofing is very professional with their presentation. However, as a home owner, make sure before work starts on your roof that the construction manager has all jobs listed on the work order before they start working. It so happened that an important part was missed on our roof and was only detected after the roof was finished. Solutions: construction manager should go over work order with home owner or purchaser before starting to work to make sure all is according to contract. The communication between site manager and sales person could use improvement. . McIntyre

Very professional. Worked according to my time frame. Followed up and kept in regular contact with me without me being present at the job site.

An absolute nightmare. The job was supposed to take three days. Contracted October 2, 2009 and at this time (1-5-2010) the roof is not finished becuase they used the wrong length screws. I'm replacing them myself because I will not allow them to get on the roof again. They just can't be trusted to do the job right. I'm NOT kidding! Very shoddy work. They show up late or not at all. They did not do the job as per the contract. They left nails and screws all over the yard. I have had to call them more then a dozen times on average to get a call back. Do yoourself a favor and stay clear of this company.

As a retired contractor who prided myself on a good reputation, I know a good contractor, and these guy�s are all of that. They came when they said, addressed all my issues and constantly followed up during the process. They gave a time schedule and stuck by it. What a pleasure. I would recommend them as well as Service Magic to any one. Tom Heavey

Came on time and gave a very competitive proposal, decided to go with them and they turned up when they said they would and completed the new roof, they cleared all the old roof away and did a very professional job. The roof looks great. Would recommend them and use again.

A To Z ROOFING INSTALLED A NICE LOOKING ROOF AND ALSO ADDED 3" TO MY COVER MY STAIRS. THEY HAD TO COME BACK TO TIGHTEN UP PLYWOOD ON THE UNDERSIDE OF THE ADDITION. WHICH TURNED OUT EVEN BETTER LOOKING . I WOULD RATE THEM HIGH FOR KEEPING TO THE TIME AGREED,FOR CLEANING UP,AND A QUICK RESPONCE TO QUESTIONS ASKED.

We were very happy with him and his staff. Any problems or concerns, he came right out and checked on. We would and have recommended him to others.

The roofing company came out promptly and did a wonderful job on the roof, very nice professional guys. When the shingle delivery company cracked the driveway they took care of the situation immediately for me. It took the frustration out of something going wrong.
