A-Z was very responsive, finding two large pieces of granite for our kitchen island w/in hours of ourmeeting. But, the pieces he found were ugly, he said that the size we needed was rare. I ended up finding another piece through another contractor's bid, showed it to them, and they agreed. Later they complained that the piece cost them $200 more. Although we negotiated the plumbing to be reinstalled as part of the bid, they siad they didn't realize that the plumbing needed to be reconstructed for the deeper sink. The plumbing was the same plumbing when they made the bid, so we argued until I agreed to pay for the plumbing.
