I have some sinking and uneven areas in the turf that was installed by this company a few years ago. It is looking pretty bad. I called Tracy and he was short with me on the phone and it was apparent that he did not want to help me. he told me I was Screwed and there is nothing he can do. I asked about the 15 year warranty, and I was told that this was not covered. At the time he was wanting my business, he said everything was covered and that he would never want one of his jobs to look bad. He did not even come over to see if anything could be done. just blew me off on the phone.

Do not ever trust a guy named mike. Dodged my calls and texts and even hung up on me all because his crew left a big pile of brick and pallets behind after they paved my backyard. They never finished the job cause they never cleaned up. Mike is a ***** of **** *******. **** that guy

The job was done quickly and cleanup was above and beyond what we expected. They did beautiful work. The workers were friendly and professional.

This firm fully explained options for various grades of artifical turf without pressure to select any particular product. We choose a "cool" turf that was pet friendly for our side yard. AZ Turf and More did a very professional job prepping the ground and installing the turf. They were very diligent in site clean up after construction was finished. We would use them again.

Would have given 5 stars If it wasn't for all the cigarette buts that the workers left all over my yard.

I hired AZ turf and more to design my landscaping including artificial turf. They came out and did the measuring and provided an estimate with excellent recommendations. In total they planted 35 plants, part of it was a cactus garden another part was artificial turf including a french drain under the turf and surrounded it with paver stones. They also put in three tons of river rock to decorate and finish the project and they replaced a very old drip system. within a week all the plants were blooming flowers. We ran into some problems in what we were doing and the owner Tracy came over and sat down in the kitchen and worked everything out and went above and beyond to finish project. Jeffery was the man that i worked with during the project to ensure quality work and was very happy with the finished project, because i saw integrity for the work that they did and i was a satisfied customer in the end. I highly recommend this company to do your yard designs and landscaping.

The scheduling was very important to me because the house had renters and I needed to give notice. I told him 4 times, once in person and 3 times via text. He paid no attention to my request, did not stay on the date that he said "I've locked it in" then texted me a few days later and said the job was completed. I was given a vague 48 hour window and had no opportunity to notify my tenants before the work crew just came right in the backyard. It was terrible.

The owner came out and measured my yard , gave me a few different choices and quotes. Prices seemed very reasonable from what other research I did. The workers were very quick and professional did a wonderful job.

My yard/project was small; however, I felt like we were treated fairly, taken seriously and our project was done within the estimated time and budget. We appreciated the owner giving us a bid the day he came out to see the site. As we explained what we wanted, the owner did a great job of giving us feedback and suggestions - and ultimately letting us decide what would work best for our family. The crew were hard working. My yard looks fabulous. Our only problem: the crew only spoke Spanish and we only spoke English. However, the one time there was an issue, a lot of "sign language" and drawing worked the issue out. I love my yard - loved how it turned out. Oh! And after it was all done, we did have a small problem with our built in grill. The owner was very gracious to come back & help us figure out what was wrong (ended up being a loose connection)

Do not use this company; my artificial turf is sinking in spots due to poor design, planning and execution. It is now over 2 months since they came to install my artificial turf and pavers in my backyard and it is already failing. My 6-year-old son was playing on a slip & slide for about 20 minutes when I noticed the water was pooling in a small area next to him. When I walked over to the area, my foot began sinking into the turf approximately 2 inches. I moved the slip & slide and immediately notice small little indentations in the ground where my son's knees were landing on the slip & slide along with a deep impression of where I just stepped. I immediately texted Jeffery who was my only point of contact. I explained the situation and he responded by telling me "Odd, I will have to get that checked out. No problem. I will get back to you on schedules for getting it fixed. Easy fix. Not common" 8 days passed and I still have not heard from anyone, I then texted him asking why nobody from his company has showed up and what was going on with the repair. He then responded with the more text message rhetoric. I replied to him to not tell me he was going to fix it and then not fix it to which he responded, "Yo I never stated anything about not handling it". He then called and reassured me that the company was going to fix it, and that the owner Tracy would call me the following day. The following day Tracy called to tell me that they were going to fix the issue "this one time and we're not going to do any further repairs if something like this happens again". He then proceeded to berate and insult me on how the issue was my problem, that I had bad soil and his company had nothing to do with my issue. I explained to Tracy, and Jeffery before any work began, that my backyard is excavated in a way that allows water to run to the sides of my house and out my front yard to the street to which Tracy said "no it doesn't". As if telling I am a liar and he knows how my house was built, very arrogant. I then explained to him that the water flow in my backyard was my biggest issue and that his company had ensure that the installation of the turf and pavers would in no way inhibit the flow of water in my backyard. His employee, Jeffery, guaranteed that would not be an issue. Tracy explained that the water pooled in that location where I stepped and the ground below the turf gave way but not his turf base. I explained that before the installation of the backyard that the water did not pool anywhere and flowed towards the front of the house and now with the installation of the backyard, he has prevented that from happening. Furthermore I explained that the cement used to hold the pavers at the perimeter of my entire backyard was preventing water from moving to the sides of my house and out to the front yard. His installation had essentially created a large pond so now water pools up in areas that it did not before. His team had essentially did the one thing th

My grass/paver project turned out fabulous! Owner immediately responded and provided solid bid upon site visit. Closely listened to/considered my goals for the project and offered appropriate/great design suggestions! Crew was very hard working and focused, did a remarkable job with freestyle curved paver cuts. Timely and cleaned up thoroughly. Owner very responsive to all questions but definitely not high pressure. Highly recommend this company!

Good customer phone service. And whenever we brought out some detail about the project immediate attention was given to the matter. We are quite pleased.

Very friendly and efficient. Extremely knowledgeable and made recommendation we did not think of which turned our perfect. The quality of the work was superb and I would highly recommend them. They made my decision on which company to hire easy.

These guys differentiated themselves from the rest by taking my vision and expanded it to a comprehensive design for the space. They made suggestions to modify what I thought I wanted into a functional space that I wouldn’t regret. I’d definitely recommend that you give AZ Turf & More a chance to design your outdoor space.

Better than expected. The estimators showed up exactly on time to give me a bid. The work was performed on time and to the exact specification. No bad surprises. Just friendly professionalism and a great quality product. Too bad I don't have other areas needing pavers.

They got the job done in 1 day when the other options were 3 days to complete the same work.

I highly recommend AZ Turf. The work was completed early and done in two days. Tracy is great to work with. Honest, reliable and affordable. This is not a cheap landscaping option, but Tracy charges well below other companies. Worth the money,for sure.
