Inspected chimney and cleaned fireplace. Very professional and knowledgeable.

Like most contractors who are popular and with good ratings, they get busy. I had to follow up on my initial call to confirm our appointment. No problem. Mike inspected my chimney and explained what was needed. He knows his business. He cleaned out my fireplace, logs and burner. He painted the firebox and made it work like new. He reinstalled my chimney cap that blew off a few years ago from really nasty Santa Ana winds. I still have some crack repair work that still needs to be done but the price is reasonable for the amount of work and materials that he is using.

Mr. Sullivan was very personable and almost entertaining! He was knowlegable and handled my issues very well.

They were thorough and did everything that needed to be done to complete the job, even things that might not have been included in the original work request.

Unable to show up for work on time, many personal excuses. Too much time spent talking on cellphone to family and other potential clients. Did not have business cards, appointment book or invoices.

Very personable and very knowledgeable about chimneys. He was neat which is great considering I have white carpeting. I had called several companies and he was the first to answer his phone (the others still haven't returned my call) and set up an appointment right away. I will definitely call him again the next time the chimney needs to be cleaned.

He did an excellent job on the dryer and duct work cleaning at my house. He also put in an vent out for the dryer and made sure that the system was functioning at full capacity. We were very pleased with his work.
