Terrible company, not very professional , hired them for work awhile back and I always had to keep following up with their work , they use handy man style employees no professionalism , there oriject manger was a joke , and I had caught so many mistake that would have costed me so much in redos and they work is low level Mediocre, especially now I know even more after remodeling a few other homes I have and redoing some work , I see the difference in their work verbose professionals in same field , so please do not hire this company

Traditional Tile Roofing Installation and Replacement
I contracted with Aacon first to do a full kitchen remodel, and while that was in progress, I also contracted them to do a roof replacement. Working with their designer and project manager was pleasant enough, but it seems that they don't actually have any construction workers. They sent a sub-contractor to do the demo, and after months of delays got an electrician to come out and start the electrical work (he did a great job, by the way, but never finished it). After several more weeks of delays and excuses, we agreed they would forget about the kitchen and focus on the roof. Eight months after being contracted for the roof, they still had no roof tiles, only excuses about why they didn't have them. I finally retained a law firm to terminate the contract, and we are now in litigation to get my deposit back.

I hired this company to do 3 openings of impact sliding glass doors and French doors. Signed the contract in December 2019. Had the worst time. Waited 8 months, then they called to put the doors in. WRONG SIZE doors. Waited again 6 months, and AGAIN, WRONG SIZE. This is after at least 8 guys came and took measurements. Even Lawsons door company took measurements! So I wait again. Another 6 months go by and the WRONG SIZE AGAIN!! So now, they have taken off my old doors and can not fit the new ones. The doors were cardboard and taped in place. Several weeks go by and the installer comes back and proceeds to take apart the doors to make them fit. They even broke a window. And I waited 6 months for that repair. HACKS. So after a year and three-quarters, I get the doors installed. Now for the punch-out work. They left a gap between my windows and countertops, just left it. The Doors themselves were dirty in between the glass part. The vertical bracket to hold them in place came loose from the wall, and I had to continuously screw it back in. I showed this guy named JC all the issues and he told me that everything would be taken care of. (LIES). Then they tell me that the dirt in between the glass is a manufacturing defect and they will have to get Lawson out there to assess. Well, waited and waited, and nothing from any of them. All of a sudden 2 weeks ago, I get a call from a lawyer that they hired to collect the balance. After speaking with Tom the Lawyer several times an agreement was met. I wired in my payment and received the release. Well, not done yet. I get an email from Cody saying that no agreement was met and that I will hear from a different lawyer. Sorry, Charlie, I held up my part, paid, and received a release of all claims. DO NOT USE THIS CLOWN, all you will get is a song and dance for your hard-earned money.
Response from Aacon Contracting, LLC
"You were perfectly fine with this installation until we sent you to collection for not paying your bill. It's tough when as a contractor we have to decide between being unfairly bashed online or collecting past due balances."

Pls do not retain this company for any contracting services. Theyre one of the biggest unprofessional , scamming , fraudulent company to get any renovation done in your home. I signed contract with Aacon Contracting Llc, November 21, 2021, and it literally took them a whole year to make full progress. Its been 13 months and my house is still not completed. AAcon Contracting Llc abandoned my home renovation and never came back to finished. This company outsourced their job to workers who has no experience, unprofessional, unreliable, and has no knowledge on what theyre doing. Ive complained so many times, and kept getting false promises. In the beginning I was dealing with David R. , their sale consultant. He pretended to be the nicest person ever, until you signed their contract. Once you start to complained he will go ghost. No return calls or texts. Cody L. is co owner, hes very ignorant, rude, condescending, narcissistic and the most combative human being . He thinks he knows everything and all he cares about is money. He refused to take accountability and cant accept the fact, his company should not be in business. First week of January 2022, I was told removal of my tiles was going to commence, this was a complete lied as the removal didnt start until mid February 2022. The person they sent over was very unprofessional as he and helper didnt cover my expensive chandeliers , nor block the entryway for upstairs. Dust traveled throughout my entire house which went through each rooms. When I complain about this, I got ignored. Dust was literally everywhere in my house. After the tile work He sent Robert B. to my house to paint and complete baseboard, and do handy man services. It took this dude 3 months to do minuscule work. The most laziest worker. He will come to my house for 2 or 3 hours and then leave. Ive complained several times about this gentleman, all to be ignored. This ended lasting for 3 months. They took advantage of my kindness, all because my schedule would not allow me to be home while they do work. The last phase to my kitchen renovation was adding the kitchen cabinet. What a total nightmare. It took this gentleman Julio M. 7 months to installed cabinet. He was the only person to installed the cabinets with no help. Mind you, Aacon contracting Llc subcontract this job to him. They lied on the delay and kept blaming Covid. I contacted Adonis, where they purchased their cabinet and was told otherwise. Julio M. kept talking bad about AAcon Contracting Llc and stated I wasnt their only victim. This is what theyre known for doing. He also stated, this was his last job with them, as theyre too unprofessional and he feels bad for the customers. Julio was suppose to add a custom panel with a designed on the mirror, and literally just put a mirror on the side island. Once I complained to Cody, the owner, he stated he would get that fixed and has not done anything from this day. This company has not done any all walk through, and left my house in total disgust. They have not done anything to resolve this matter. Please do not use this company. After they take your money, you will not hear from. They took full advantage of me. A whole year no kitchen. Keep in mind, I had a child in my house. I didnt get to celebrate any major holidays such as thanksgiving, chrismas etc. It was a tradition at my home, and this company cause me nothing but pain and suffering. They have no compassion or integrity. The worse contracting company you can come across. Once you hear AAcon contracting LLc please run.

"So many lies here. You contracted and never reviewed the design or work scope that we sent you. We told you we are not a custom cabinet maker but do RTA (ready to assemble) cabinetry. You sent us an image of a custom kitchen that you saw on Instagram and we sent you a 3D design of a similar kitchen that is within the product lines that we carry. Within a week of contracting you removed your cabinets yourself and then complained that we hadn't started the floor yet. The floor guys were not scheduled because your cabinets were not ready. However, we rolled with the punches gave you a credit for the demo and scheduled the flooring guys early. Meanwhile you finally reviewed the design and stated it is not the kitchen you wanted. We then spent another two months going back and forth about the design which you should have reviewed in the first place so your final kitchen which ended up being substantially more expensive than was originally billed was ordered sometime in late March early April. You then went and hired your own countertop company violating your contract yet again. Once all the cabinets were installed you started complaining about the cabinetry even though it is the exact brand and style of cabinetry we presented to you. Stating on multiple occasions you did not plan on paying us for the work. Even with all of this we still completed your install and installed everything in your house except the additional custom trim which wasn't in your original scope of work and was never paid for. Your kitchen has been fully installed for months but your complaint is that the additional trim which wasn't in your original estimate and was never paid for was not installed and therefore your kitchen is not completed. We should have fired you as a client the second you removed your kitchen yourself without our knowledge or approval. Instead we tried to modify the process to accommodate you and caused months of hardship for both of us. So for that we do apologize. Next time we are in the position of having a client not review our contract and design and start work on their own schedule instead of ours we will not try and accommodate but will fire them and allow them to go find help elsewhere."

Storm Windows Installation or Replacement
I would never recommend this company to family or friends. They are horrible and not responsive at all. I signed up the project in Jan 2021 which supposed to be started in April 2021. Came to find out that they never even order everything needed for project till I reached out to them in late March. Project got started in late July after months of delays. They completed 75% and disappeared. I would call the project manager and text him and no response at all from him. I reached out to one of the owners in the company he was worst than project manager about responding. Today is Oct 12, 2021 and project is still not finished. They wouldn't respond to calls or text messages. They got paid in full in Jan 2021. Be careful before you use this contractor.
Response from Aacon Contracting, LLC
"Yes, you paid for your windows in January, however, you did not agree on a final design or style for your front door until mid-march which is when your actual order was placed. Then at a time when all manufacturers are experiencing shipping delays your windows took 15 weeks to arrive. Once they arrived your actual install time was about 5 days. After the installation, while we were completing the minor repairs around your windows you left town for over two weeks and we had no access to the property. When you returned it took about 2 weeks to get you back onto the schedule so the punch-out was completed in early September. At the time of this review, we were working on the final inspection only. We did have some delays here and a reinspection because the screws in the door were hidden and we had to take it apart to get new pictures. Either way, it took a little over a month for inspections to be completed which is too long but nothing like what you are posting. Your project was completed end of October with all inspections passed and all punch-out completed."

They seemed very unorganized and any subcontractor they sent do do a job had no idea of what the job entailed.
Response from Aacon Contracting, LLC
"Dear Rhonda, thanks for sharing your feedback. We are sorry your experience didn?t match your expectations. At times subcontractors may need more direction and when such instances happened, Josh or I would personally come to the job site to supervise the project. This is an uncommon occurrence and we apologize for any inconvenience it may have caused. Please feel free reach out to us with any further concerns, or suggestions you may wish to share. We would love to make things right with you if you give us another chance."

Very professional, reliable, always communicated and it worked out quite well and were fairly priced. I was really reluctant to have strangers in my house, but with this company I was pleasantly surprised.
