The serviceman showed me where the problem was and explained what they would do to correct it. He explained their procedure, what the equipment was for and how they would complete the job. He showed me the end results. The carpeting was covered during the process, and vacuumed after the job was completed. I was very pleased with their work. The only problem I noticed after they left was that their equipment put a gouge in the doorway and in the door of the room that they put their venting tube through to the window.

They were very prompt with their return phone calls. The installers were very neat and polite. I would recommend them.

AAir, Inc response & turn around time for testing of the mold was fast. We had the nastiest kind of black mold in a large area. After speaking with them about the work that needed to be done & what products they would be using, I felt confident that AAir, Inc was using the safest procedures and best products to treat our home. I did some research myself & the information I found was perfectly consistent with what they were communicating to me. They came out within 3 days, did EXACTLY what they said they would do for the EXACT price on their proposal. It has been about a month since and we do not expect any future problems. WE RECOMMEND!
