I highly recommend Alex, he was incredibly professional, punctual, and knowledgeable. Arrived on time, and explained the repair process clearly. The job was to service 3 Shower Doors, replace all Seals and to cut out silicone with black spots and reapply silicone. This was done efficiently, and he left the workspace spotless. I will definitely use him again for any future work.

Recommendation for ordering and hanging mirrors: Reflective Edge LLC (630-429-6923) is the absolute best. I received quotes from four companies to order and hang three large mirrors over my double sink vanities. Not only was his quote the most competitive, but he took the time to thoroughly explain the pros and cons of the various ways these mirrors could be hung, allowing me to make an informed decision about how I wanted the work done. No other company was this thorough. The turn around time from order to completion was less than a week, and he did an excellent job. He's a real pro -- and a real nice guy, too. Great work, very knowledgeable, open and honest about whether issue could be fixed based upon problem description and photos. Came by the house to evaluate issue and stated that if he could not fix it, there'd be no charge for his time and travel.

He was great. Very clean, went straight to work and kept conversation open to what he found with our last install, to what he's doing and also provided a short tutorial on how to install/remove the doors. Great job!

Within minutes, after requesting a quote, I was talking with Alex from Reflective Edge. All it took was to share a few photos of the space. A quote was accepted and a date/time arranged. Alex arrived exactly when he said he would, was able to to remove a six foot mirror glued onto a bathroom wall in no time at all, and explained the process to my husband as he finished the project.

Customer service and fast response. Very respectful of the floors and even cleaned the mirror once hung. Moved the old mirror to the lower level and carefully placed it aside with buffers so it did not scratch the wall. I would highly recommend Alex. Thank you!
