Shower Install or Replace
Person came in house and opened all cabinet doors etc. and stirred up dust walking around then monitored in one room of house. Professional hygiene monitoring should have been done when the house had been undisturbed for at least 4-6 hours. Spores should have been brought in or disuturbed by walking aournd so much can made air born. I did not agree with the report and they were supposed to come back and talk to me but never did. I do not trust the results.

Kitchen - Remodel
He is a very nice guy and talked like he knew how to do everything right. I started (and ended) with having him lay new flooring in my home. The quality of the job was not good. The edges were not cut good, there are gaps that won't be covered by the baseboard trim and the new trim he started cutting to replace trim was totally unacceptable. My almost $9000 floor isn't level, it pops and gives more every day and does not lay right. If my "sub floor was uneven" then I should have been told so I'd have had the option to have that fixed instead of laying flooring over it so sloppily. My floor is just a very poor job. And now I have to spend more to have others fix/finish what can be, and I worry what will happen to the rest over time. No amount of offering to fix things to my satisfaction would make me want him to do anymore work in my home.

"Very surprise of the comments home owner has. I was aware of home owner not liking trim and offered to fix it but needed a few days as i was sick. Customer never complained about work while being done, if customer not happy than they should have told me while work was being done and not saying it is good and fine but complains later. The sub floor was fine and level (concrete slab), yet again i would have likex to rrceive the negative feedback while doing the job or upon completion, but do not understands comes more than a month later."

Handyman for Multiple Small Projects
We hired Micheal for lot of small projects. He seem to know his work, but it is not perfect finish that anyone would expect. I wouldn't say his work is flawless. We had to call him to refix the sink of kitchen which caused the granite around to pop out bcoz of the pressure. Now the granite has some rough edges which needs to be finished surfacing n cauking needs to be done.
