They advertised that no payment until work completed. Then want half down. I hired them for concrete work and fence for new home. First they set posts for fence, but didn't return to install panels. Forms for concrete placed, short of area discussed (rounded off to sidewalk for extra parking. Fence still not started and the owner, Aaron, doesn't return phone calls, texts or emails. Once he gets $$ he doesn't complete the job. Concrete truck left deep ruts in back yard that he said they would fill in and level. Concrete forms and scraps left in back yard. I told him the first day that once the job is started they are to stay on job until complete. He swore that would happen, with the exception of weather inhibiting pouring of concrete. But, the fence needs completed. I gave him 2 buckets of post caps, hinges and SS bolts that were left from a previous fence built at my previous home. Guess I won't get that or my money back. I alerted Home Advisors and they have been aggressively trying to resolve the issue. No results yet.
