He inflated his price, added things he didn't do, and didn't fix the faucet right. Instead of doing the repair right, he just covered up the problem. He was supposed to repair a toilet and more issues. He painted banisters and old color shows through. I needed him to stabilize a garage door and all he did was push it over. Do not Hire and if you do I recommend supervision at all times. He had a bunch of stuff removed from bins in our home and too things out and had them stacked in a corner. Also there were items such baseball collection that was missing. He was also very threatening to us.

Marvin was very thorough, and worked carefully, He paid attention to any of my observations, requests and suggestions. The overall result was great!

I would not trust this man or use his services again!!! He would not give a quote at the onset. He was knowledgeable and nice at first, but when the project ended he would not even itemize the cost but requested on the spot an enormous amount and compared his services to that of an attorney. I would run from this man if I were you!!

Did a good job but seemed to do additional work that wasn't necessary to bump up his fee. Make sure that if he says "we'll work it out" that he checks it with you before he does the work.

Was an awesome guy, as he was at my home within 15 minutes, and we liked his pricinf and competency so much we have referred him to friends and neighbors, and increased the work scope automatically to which he had no problem asjusting his schedule for.
