I had a terrible experience with A & A Home Improvement, Inc. Their service was unprofessional and their workmanship was subpar. Alex came to my home consistently late and seemed disorganized. The quality of the remodeling work performed was shockingly poor - corners were cut, materials were cheap, and the final result was far from what was promised. Communication was a nightmare; rarely answered calls or replied to emails, leaving me feeling ignored and frustrated. To top it all off, the project ended up costing much more than the initial quote, with unexpected fees and hidden charges. I would strongly advise against using A & A Home Improvement, Inc. for any remodeling needs.

I had switched over to propane gas and Alex had set up my new stove. He had insisted that he converted the stove top and oven from natural gas to my new propane. He converted the top. I noticed that when I turned on the oven it had an extremely high flame!!! And filled the house with a gas smell. I was told its because its brand new. And try running it for 5 to 10 mins. Well my house filled with gas and we had to leave! My brand new oven turned black because it was NOT converted properly. I had eastern propane look at the oven and they told me that this could have ended very badly if I didnt turn off my oven when I did. Alex was contacted and I was told he would come and fix it he never showed up. I had it fixed and asked for him to pay for it and he just keeps claiming to have sent me a check. I dont recommend this business and I will be reporting them to the BBB

Alex and Antonio were a pleasure to work with, obviously taking pride in their work. They replaced 1100 sq. ft. of flooring, rebuilt the stairs from 1st to 2nd floor, replaced 13 windows, and painted the hallway wrapping 1st floor to roof access - all in budget and on schedule. I'm thrilled with the results!

Although at first completion, the floor was beautiful....After 4 days, the grout is cracking all over the floor. It’s terrible! In addition, there is a crooked tile near the threshold that needs to be ripped up and fixed. We notified him of that right after we noticed it. Although he is scheduled to come out to fix these issues this coming week, we are very disappointed. As long as it’s fixed, that’s all we care about at this point.

Alex did a very good job, very punctual and clean. They gave me a good rate and i would highly recommend them to others.

Alex was great to work with and was very timely. His team is very hardworking and was provided great customer service. When we pointed out a small issue after the job, Alex came right over and made sure they adjustment was made to our liking. I would highly recommend him for project.

These guys are great! Very reliable and easy to deal with. Work was done very professional and fast - highly recommend!

The person who assembled the armoire did an excellent job. He was a very good worker and friendly. I do, however, feel the price was a little too high.

They did a great job cleaning, the only thing, which we discovered later was things left outside that were not trash that we will have to clean and move back in. They are friendly, hard working and there are a lot of personal touches like folding towels nicely, arranging things differently, etc.

They were very polite and accommodating to my complaints, very reasonable pricing.
