Very professional Received a draft invoice that was very detailed . We discuss terms and payment Were on time to start the job. Had no complaints and i am happy with the outcome

I had hired them one time in the past --Then, hired them again for removal of popcorn ceiling. Supposedly, he stated he was going to do the rest of the ceiling for $700. I asked if they could do hallway/closet. I paid him $350. Long story short, we spoke on the phone Sat 930. He did not arrive. I texted asking what happened. He called later, stating he texted me. I did not answer. He went to HOLLYWOOD to do a job. He never communicated the day before... nothing. Stated he would do the job later in the afternoon. Never came, texted me, saying he was too tired and he would be there next Fri. We spoke and he said he would be there. Spoke to me, could not make it, knee hurt him. Would be there a Sat. Sat came he texted and said his son would do the job. Well, his son came two weeks ago, removed it but it was incomplete. Sat came again, he never came. Texted me saying he went to NY and his son moved. I texted him today Aug 2. asking when **will he finish the job?**. He stated, his personnel was stuck in Nicaragua, and the son left NY... he had no one. I told him **I gave you $350 and I expect you to complete it**. My mistake was giving him the money. He texts back** that was only half** when in my text he said 350. He lied and never finished the job. He was supposed to do my room and Florida room. I was going to pay him 350 for the hallway, closet, and room and another half for the Florida room. He changed what he said. I decided I lost my money. This man does not communicate with you, he ditches his clients to do other clients that pay more, gives excuses not to come. I would never call this PERSON: ABRAHAM ever again. It is not the clients fault. I was going to sue him but I am not going to. I have all the texts and pictures to prove this!

Great job performing a move out cleaning. They were the only company that I contacted that could perform the cleaning, perform touch up painting and clean the carpets.

Federico Olmos and his son went over and above the call of duty to take care of some repairs at my Mom s condo in Miami. Their attention to detail and quick response will keep us hiring them for all of our other properties. Great job guys!

THEY ANSWER THEIR CALLS, THEY ARE ON TIME AND RESPOND ACCORDINGLY. THEY CLEAN UP AFTER THEMSELVES AND THEY ARE RESPONSIVE. VERY GLAD TO HAVE MET THEM.

Excellent service and price. I have used his handyman services numerous times over past 3 years for various small projects, including plumbing, electrical, installing blinds, and even waterproofing and painting exterior of house. Very pleasant. Honest, hard worker. Was always satisfied with the work and price. Highly recommend.
