On time. Extremely thorough. Very professional & friendly. Stopped along the way to show me the more important items as they were found. Excellent report (40+ pages) given next day. Highly recommended.

This was a great experience. He taught me so much about my new house. How to take care of it also. Showed up early and stayed late to answer all my questions. He went everywhere, the crawl space and the roof. Had a great report setup also. I wish I had more people to recommend them to.
