Kelvin and Manual cleaned my windows this morning and they are perfect. Their prices are so reasonable and they even did the sky lights inside and out! didn't even expect that. I had them in 2018 and was pleased back then too. Well worth the money.

Started off great. Each consecutive visit wanted to do less and less. Got to the point where they wouldn't wipe the counter under the wood block, or more the dog bed to vacuum underneath/behind it. The owner explicitly told they don't do that, although they had the first two times. Seems to have outgrown their ability to provide quality service mentioned in previous reviews. I'd say they are perfectly capable, just unfortunately trying to cut corners to save time.

Our team does a thorough job at every house or condo. (see all our other reviews) We always move light-weight items to clean underneath---pet beds, chairs, and easily movable furniture....although we don't move heavy furniture, as you can understand. We are a housekeeping service---not movers. As your account is severely past due, we have had to take legal action in order to be paid. I hope you will not employ another service and fail to pay them."

A&c has been working with my family for 11 years. They are the best, most reliable team of the kind in the area. Cris has cleaned our home every week for 11 years and it is done the same way, consistently well, every week. Vinnie has done any number of home renovations for us ranging from very large to very small and the are all done perfectly and as if they were working on their own home. We are moving next week out of the area and it breaks my heart to say goodbye to these craftsman and wonderful people. These people are gems.

Be very explanatory in your initial visit. Criz and her team were wonderful. I would just advise that you go behind them and check because they are human and they may miss some stuff that personally bothers you. Otherwise I thought they were great and I have hired them to come back every two weeks.

riz and her crew are very professional, prompt, courteous and thoughful. I've had housekeepers for most of my life---and A & C Services is by far---the best. I have recommended A & C to other friends and acquaintences. They have all been very happy with the stellar service they receive from this company and continue to use them on a regular basis. The owner comes with the crew. she makes sure everything is perfect. She is open-minded and I like that she really cares

Criz and her team come to my home bimonthly to clean. I'm always amazed at how quickly they are able to finish the job but still do it so thoroughly. She's professional and personable. I have never felt uncomfortable having her and her team in my home as I have had with previous cleaning services. And I LOVE the way my house smells when she's done!

- Came unprepared for large job: a. Their vacuum broke down 1/2 way and they used our weak vacuum to finish 40% of the job. b. They did not have goof off to remove minor marks on furniture (something we paid for and negotiated earlier) c. Did not clean marks on walls (something we paid for and negotiated earlier) - Cleaning job was above average for hard wood and dusting. Carpet vacuuming was below average. - Came much earlier than appointed time (minor inconvenience)

"I'm sorry this client was not pleased with our cleaning services. I wish he had stated, up front, that he wanted a Move-In/Construction Cleanup/Housekeeping service. Instead, he said he needed Housekeeping. In addition to regular housekeeping, I provided many services not in the estimate---cleaning of exterior window sills, changing A/C vents, washing all vent grills, cleaning plant leaves, & removing excessive construction dust. We were not apprised to bring our Construction Cleanup supplies and heavy duty vacuums. The poor customer review from this person is very disappointing as we went out of our way to accommodate additional requests."

They did a nice job of cleaning (although I had to "resteam" the kitchen floor), but it took me 20+ min to "replace" things on dressers, kitchen, straighten pictures on the wall, the AC even got turned up to 90+ because of dusting the top and not making sure it was "back correctly" cords unpluged and not put back, tangled and tossed back in the kitchen cabinet. No attention paid to how things were before removing them to clean under or around stuff. I told her I own a concierge co. & wanted her to come back AND would refer to her BUT they needed to pay more attention to the mentioned before I could. She said "No thanks" .....

Wow! Let me start by saying I've had other cleaning services come before and they were never detail oriented and would never clean my house the way I would. I always felt like I was wasting my money. I was so busy this week so I gave service magic a call. Within minutes A&C Service called and were available for the next day. They came and I ran them through what I needed. When they were done I just couldn't believe what a fantastic job they did, better then I would have!!! I would recommend them to anyone, great price, great work and really friendly as well. Thanks for making my weekend heaps more enjoyable then it would have been!!!
