Derek and his team did an amazing job transforming my basement. Derek was professional and responsive to all my questions and was quick to respond. My original floor plan was awkward and he helped me create a much better floor plan. His crews were respectful and kept a clean workspace. I highly recommend A and D.

I needed a company to insulate and install paneling in one room of a small, old cottage. A and D had a good price but said they would not be able to meet my deadline. We negotiated on the date and agreed that they could start when they got a rainy day, but finish up by 2nd week of July. They did start within a few days, but I had to hound them to come back and finish. They missed multiple promised dates, and were not proactive at all about the misses. The quality was not great in that the trim pieces around the windows do not meet up without gaps, and all are not parallel with the window frame itself. The owner promised to come and view the issues and make corrections - that was a month ago, and no visit or contact. Price was ok but quality disappointing and customer service a joke.

Fast response to call for an estimate. Job done in a day.. Good work and follow-up.
