I couldn’t say more positive things about Anka and her team if I tried. I desperately needed a cleaning team as soon as possible after a mess of an interior contractor job. Anka came within hours of contacting her and she and her team went straight to work. Their expertise, experience and concentrated effort worked wonders on every surface that they touched. The end result was incredible!! A+ across the board. 5-stars for every category imaginable!!! I will hire Anka again in the future and this is my 1000% positive review for anyone needing a remarkable cleaning crew!!!

Highly recommend A&D, especially for move-in cleaning. Anca called me immediately to book the cleaning, she was very kind and helpful and it was very nice to talk to someone instead of initially texting. She helped us with a move-in cleaning while we were out of the area so trust and communication were a big priority. She was very helpful with being able to set up pricing off of videos of the house and confirm the pricing with a walkthrough when she got to the home. Scheduling and access were difficult to sort out on our end because we were out of state, she has lots of experience with this however, and was extremely helpful and flexible with all of those challenges. She is certainly a pro! She sent a video of the cleaned house, which was immaculate, thorough, and comforting to know that everything was taken care of for us without being there. First of all, I had to warn the owner, Anca, that if she didn?t calm down, I would call 911 and have her removed from our property. Anca was scheduled for a ?DEEP CLEAN? for our home. I'm unable to include as many details as I would like due to the word limit, but a more detailed review is on Google. But, long story short. There is something very off about Anca and this business. Anca became so aggressive that I eventually had to dial 911 - and repeatedly ask her to STOP in order to even remotely have a conversation and come to some sort of an agreement due to the poor performance. She also entered my home and then refused to leave. Her employee even stepped in an apolozed to me for the behavior. Once I began to dial 911, Anca calmed down, but this is insane. I have many photos, and I would be very cautious about this company.

Anca was incredibly responsive and quickly got us scheduled. She and her team transformed our condo from a construction mess to move-in ready in half a day.

Anca and her team did an outstanding job cleaning one of my rental units after the previous tenants had left it in a sorry state. Here communication was excellent and her team's work was terrific. The place looks great and I'd give A&D Crystal Cleaning my highest recommendation.

Not the deep cleaning I wanted. They left a lot to be desired. She talked me into hiring her husband to finish some painting and it was a really, really bad job. They spilled a drink on the carpet and really didn?t clean it up well at all.

The cleaner who came out did clean the home, however it was not well or to the standard it needed to be. I asked for a move out clean and she was not cleaning certain parts that needed to be cleaned. If I asked her if she had cleaned a certain part she would get angry. She was obviously angry and would continuously call her boss and speak in Russian. Almost passive aggressively working.
