Frank answered the phone, arrived within the hour. Fixed my wiring for a ceiling fan I messed up. We even had to go to hardware store to pick up a new part, as I fried the transmitter for the fan control by not wiring correctly. I have more work and will ONLY CALL Frank. I have never paid so much for so little! $50 to start (after $25 discount) + $175/hr - minimum of 2 hours. $400 to reset a circuit breaker in less than 10 min. Frank was annoying and pushy - Ex: would not leave the house after I said it was too expensive. He kept talking over me and insisting it might be a safety issue, he might not be able to come back later, how this might be a big job, etc. I gave in. My fault - I knew that $400 minimum was a crazy price... I am so mad at him and at myself for falling for it.

This was an electrical troubleshooting project. The issue: Several daisy-chained outlets along a wall and a room were all experiencing weak to no power. The issue was a receptacle had been blown/burned, which affected the others across the living room and into a den room. Frank was very punctual, friendly, and personable - even humorous. He was prepared to start right away, which I greatly appreciated, especially considering the urgency of the matter. It was convenient and professional that he had all the tools necessary, and arrived at the job with the company truck. Frank methodically checked the affected outlets, and was very thorough in doing so. He also took the time to check to ensure that the wiring for those affected outlets was correct, ultimately ensuring safety against miswiring and other hazards. After determining the source of the problem, the burnt receptacle, he proceeded to replace it as well as tidying up the chain of outlets that he previously checked. Once complete, everything worked like a charm! I had some initial concerns and mentioned in a previous review regarding time-line for the job, cost, and others. I should have talked to Frank first and earlier! I must say that, after discussing with Frank, and clarifying the issues and working towards a resolution - I am even more appreciative of his professionalism to ensure customer satisfaction. He took the time to explain things in detail. The resolution we have agreed on should now be updated in my rating. Thank you Frank! Will definitely consider for future jobs.

I thought pricing was a bit high for just replacing one fixture w/another. However,I had a pretty complicated fixture to put together and was indeed very pleased w/the turn around time, the work and the installer Frank and will be calling upon this company again.

I entered my information on the Home Advisor website Saturday morning, received a call from Frank within an hour, two hours later, Frank was at my home surveying the requested project. He provided options on how to complete task and his recommended solution. He was very detailed in his approach and explanations. Monday morning Frank was there on time and with all needed supplies to complete the job. Four hours later, my outlet was installed; work areas were cleaned, a walk through was performed. I am very impressed with Frank’s the quality of work and demonstrated work ethic. I highly recommend A&D Electrical Services and plan to use their services in the future.

We were pleased with upgraded power lines plus fixed broken switch. All were done professionally. Timewise, this was done very good! Frank was the only one that called us back! He gave us an estimate on several projects that we had planned. He worked on one needed project that coming weekend. The other projects, we definitely want Frank to do those!!
