Dustin, explained what was required to repair wind damage to my roof in terms that I, as a layman, could easily understand . He did not engage in any double talk or use trade terminology that only a roofer would understand. He answered all my question promptly and courteously. I am very satisfied with the work he did and would highly recommend him to others. Also, I feel the price we paid was fair and equitable.

High winds damaged the fascia on my house. I reached out to A&D and within minutes was contacted. I provided a picture of the damage & received a quote immediately. They came out had the work completed within 2 hours. It was so easy!

Chris quickly responded to my initial inquiry, set up an appointment, and arrived as scheduled (with a text indicating he was on his way - love that). He was very professional and was able to address our issue. I will absolutely call A&D with any additional needs. I'm especially grateful that Chris was so responsive to a relatively small issue.

My wife and I were extremely satisfied with the quality of work performed by A&D. We had our roof replaced, new gutters installed and shutters installed on two front windows. The end result is perfection! From our initial meeting with Chris to the final handshake with Dustin (the owner) after all work was completed, we cannot speak highly enough about this company. They also have an in-house designer (Heidi) who helped us pick out the color of our new roof as well as advised us on colors for new gutters and shutters. I was so appreciative of the A&D crew, who took great care to clean up after themselves, picking up every last piece of debris and sending a representative back the next day to do a second check for any nails or debris in the grass or bushes. I have a 2 year old daughter, so I was very grateful for this attention to detail. The company is a class act you can tell everyone is passionate about quality and always putting the customer first. I was so pleased with their work that I recommended them to my parents who needed some siding work. They expertly replaced the siding on one of my parents garages with the same high-quality service my parents are thrilled with the end result. I hired A & D after interviewing several other local roofing and siding companies. I was impressed right away with A & D Exteriors. The owner, Dustin, came over and presented a detailed estimate of services. Costs were extremely reasonable. We were able to do both our roof and siding at the same time! Dustin's crew was very professional and efficient. The work was done on time and I still get complements to this day. I would recommend A & D Exteriors to anyone who is looking for a professional experience on your greatest investment.

In the summer of 2014, I contacted several roofers to get an estimate for a new roof. The results were dismal: people never returned my calls, they were out of my budget, they tried to upsell me, etc. Then I contacted A & D Exteriors, who I heard about through the Carol Stream Chamber of Commerce. Heidi Grashel, their project coordinator, came out the next day and gave me a quote within my budget. I accepted the quote and asked what kind of deposit they needed (I expected to pay half). She said no deposit. She said I don’t have to pay a penny until after the work is complete and I’m completely satisfied. Wow!! Once we set a date, the crew arrived on time and got right to work. They originally said the job would take two days, but they completed it all in just one day. That was a real relief for me, because I have cats and I was so afraid they would be stressed out after prolonged noise. And here’s another surprise. A 10 year scheduled maintenance is included with their labor warranty. They will come here every two years for an inspection. I’m glad I contacted those other companies first, because I knew what a value I was getting with A & D Exteriors! We can't say enough good things about A&D Exteriors. We've recommended them to others and will continue to do so. We've used A&D Exteriors on 4 separate occasions. They replaced our siding, and then we had them return to replace our roof. We were so pleased with those 2 projects, we had them return a 3rd time and replace our windows. After building an 8'x10' backyard shed, we had A&D Exteriors return a 4th time to put the same siding and roof on the shed as they put on our house. Dustin and his crews set the bar when it comes to how they do business and the quality of their work. Dustin's business practices reflect his integrity, ethics, and professionalism.
