Donna is excellent. She is responsive, did a wonderful job cleaning a post-construction living room and den and left the floors and wood sided walls gleaming. Will call A & D Professional Cleaning Service again soon.

Donna was extremely friendly and responsive and brought two hard working girls with her and I will definitely hire her again.

Took some time to schedule first clean, but easy to text for future appointments.

Professional and reasonable

We had a rough start, arrival time was changed a number of times the day before they were to come, it got to the point I had to change the day. But I was very impressed and pleased with the work that was done. Never had someone clean my home before, but wow did she make things shine that I tried for years to do. And very reasonably price.

First cleaning was pretty thorough. Have a couple issues with how hardwood floors were cleaned after requesting what we wanted it done aND which pto duct to use. But they did amazing job on kitchen, bathroom and baseboards & door frames. Did ruin a Halloween decoration, but overall Great job.

I have only used them once so far. First cleaning was very thorough, and they did a great job. They were very nice, prompt, and did an overall fantastic job. There was one small area (between the bathroom vanity and the wall that was missed) but I'm sure if I pointed that out it would be done the next time. We need to schedule our next cleaning, but plan to continue using this service ongoing.

Just moved into a house and my husband noticed it felt cleaner after Donna and Kathy had been there. I have asked them back again.

For a regular cleaning they're ok but I wanted deep cleaning done and alot of things were over looked...

This was a first time visit from Donna; she arrive as scheduled with two assistants. My one bedroom apartment needed a good cleaning, I'm not the best housekeeper. I was home when they did the cleaning; the crew did a great job, I'm sorry I didn't take a moment more looking around before they left. I observed them cleaning areas I didn't know existed and was quite impressed, but afterward discovered that they missed a few things I had specified I wanted done. Donna speaks english with an accent, so I think it's important that pricing and specifics be clear, and check if those specifics were done before she leaves.

Donna arrived with two more cleaners in tow and, silently, swiftly, and without pause, they cleaned their hearts out for three, solid hours. The results are excellent and the only problem one a bit of breakage. We will most definitely using them weekly, starting now.

Donna and her crew called the evening before to indicate the time they would arrive. They were punctual and did an exceptional job.

They were great house ws sparkling clean. They are a little expensive but since thios was first time cleaning I didn't mind We were in Florida and the house hadn't been cleaned in a while. They did a very good job.

They show up as promised, do an excellent cleaning job at a reasonable price. I always get a confirmation call from Donna the day before. It's so nice to come home to a clean house! And I like that they have a "team" come in who are assigned to specific areas. That makes the process much quicker and less inconvenient for those in my family that are home that day.

Very good cleaning

I thought they did a good job, but their rates are too expensive and I probably won't hire them again. I've paid less in the Hamptons and NYC. They charge $150/hr.
