A & E Construction LLC

very nice couple, enjoyed getting to know them while on the job.. Very upfront, explained everything they did. We are very pleased with the results. They were very thorough and took care to protect our home as they worked.

Eric and Andrea are amazing to work with. Hard working and meticulous in their work. Always so helpful in the decision process of design and color choices. They truly listened to our needs in the design for a safe handicapped tiled shower. If you want it done RIGHT, hire them! You will NOT get a sub par job!

Eric and Andrea did a wonderful, professional job installing 18" tile diagonally in our Sun Room. Eric has years of tile installation experience and did the things real pros do: undercut door trim (some installers butt the tile to the trim and fill in the gap with grout, which later cracks) , back buttered tile (some installers don't bother, raising the risk of loose tile later on) , used best quality materials, and perfectly leveled the tiles (our last installed didn't). I highly recommend them.

They chipped a few tiles but when I called them to fix an area they forgot, they painted over it instead of grouting it. Said it could not be done. For $800 I expected more. I feel the sealer they used was sub par.

Andrea and Eric did fantastic work on our master bathroom. We could not be happier with the process, and the beautiful results they delivered. They are very meticulous and do impeccable work. Their pricing was very competitive, and they did all work in the time frame they said it would be done in. I have found that to be a very welcomed exception in the Charleston area. They have many years of experience and it shows in the work they do.

Andrea & Eric are wonderful. They gave a firm price and gave me the date they would start. The started on-time and finished on-time. The quality of the work performed is outstanding. I highly recommend them.

They were professional, yet friendly.

Hardworking, with excellent final results. We’re very happy with their work. Will definitely use them again.

Prompt, Professional. Eric's work is excellent. Andrea's coordination, and personal assistance is exceptional. Cannot say enough great things about the 2 of them.

Andrea & Eric are both Great. They installed my Kitchen Backsplash & it is Beautiful! Because of their Expertise, Professionalism, Attention to Detail, & Pride in a job well done I couldn't have chosen a better Company. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting any type of Tile installed, you won't be disappointed!

I am very pleased with my new tile. Eric and Andrea are terrific people and work as a team to get the job done. Glad that they were recommended by Home Advisors.

Andrea and Eric came to do an estimate for installing tile in a small foyer and a half bathroom the day after I first spoke with them. They were able to give me and acceptable bid at the time of the estimate. We agreed upon a date for the installation that was just under a week later. They arrived punctually, well equipped for the job. Their work was detail oriented. The tile has made a tremendous improvement in the look of the dwelling. I would not hesitate to have them do other work or to recommend them to others.

Andrea and Eric gave me a quote within the first day of request which I thought was fair and upon my request they were able to start immediately. I could tell from the start that they were extremely knowledgeable and experianced at the task at hand but the actual results far exceeded all my expectations. The stone tile they installed with meticulous detail looks absolutely amazing on my fireplace. I highly recommend there services they don't disappoint.

On time, courteous, knowledgeable. Overall an excellent experience.

They do excellent work and it was quick.
