On time, fixed problem , done in 30 minutes!

I spoke to Mike on Thursday and scheduled his services for the following morning. I called him back because I was concerned about some of the "bad reviews" on here. He was very upfront and discussed the reviews with me. He arrived on time and provided the options we discussed. I was only home for a few minutes so my son was the one that dealt with him throughout the install, and he felt Mike and his coworker did a great job. He followed through everything we discussed, including assessing my hot water issue with my kitchen sink and fixed that as well! His pricing was a little lower than what I was quoted from another company AND the work was completed less than 24 hrs later, so that was a huge plus. I would definitely hire Mike again and recommend his services.

they were on time and very efficient in using their time to get the job done in a timely manner. The pricing seemed a little high but then I have never had to hire a plumber before and I think they are probably priced right in the range that plumbers charge for their time. Not unhappy at all. Very pleasant and took the time to explain to me what they were doing.

They are prompt and know what they need to do. Called one day they had the job done the next morning. It was great having to be without hot water very long. I called every where this was my best deal on price and quality!

I had a dripping valve under my sink I thought I needed replaced. They showed up and determined the nut just needed tightening behind the valve so they took care of that and didn't charge us. Super impressed with their willingness to help and not just do what would earn them a check.

Very professional and on time. Answered questions and cleaned up after they were done. However, I have attempted multiple times to get a valid receipt from the company to submit for a $75 rebate through CenterPoint Energy without success. On 8/30 I was told the company would send me the $75 check and they would work out the issue with CenterPoint. However to date I have still not received a check despite multiple calls and/or emails nor an acceptable receipt that I can submit to CenterPoint.

Had the problem quickly assessed, fixed it with no issues!

Mike made an appointment on friday at 930 am. I called him and left A message that I was on my way to the job site. It was 10:30 so I decided to call and find out when he would be arriving. I tried to get a hold of him for a week and finally gave up. I called home advisor and complained about this contractor. They said they will contact him and then came back to me and apologized .They gave me information on another contractor who would be more dependable. I have used Mike on another job it went very well but beware of warranty because he just disappears.

Initially I gave this contractor a 5 star review but a few months after the water heater was installed the pipes above it started leaking. I called and it took them 5 days to come and look at it. Then he said he was too busy to fix it and made an appointment for two days later. I also asked him if it was possible to move a kitchen vent pipe for a future kitchen remodel. He told me if I opened the soffit in my kitchen he would give me a bid when he came to do the other work. Then he did not show up for the appointment and did not answer my calls. So that left me with not only a leaky pipe ( which I think he caused when he installed the water heater) but now I've broken open the soffit in my kitchen too and he doesn't answer the phone or return my messages. I cannot recommend someone who is so unprofessional.

Went right to work, completed quickly. No surprises.

Prompt and friendly service BUT Mike told me I would get a $150 rebate (I chose him because none of the others had mentioned that) and he said he applied for it electronically, as he contracts with Excel Energy. I followed up with Excel when I did not receive the rebate and found out he never applied for it. I also found out that Excel was not the company I should get the rebate from. It should have been CenterPoint Energy. I contacted Mike to inquire about this and left him a voice mail message on May 19, asking him to call me back. He did not. I called again on May 24, again no return call was received. He had not given me a written receipt for this project and I learned from CenterPoint that without it, I cannot get a rebate. I called Mike again on about June 12 and the phone was disconnected. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.

He did not tell me about the tax when he quoted me an out-the-door price. So the "discount" was a wash. Excellent service, though. Very nice clean up, pleasant, knowledgeable and prompt service.

Everything went well, no surprizes, which was nice. Laid down tarps to keep my carpets clean which also was a nice touch. Will definetly hire Mike again.
