A and E Repair Solutions

We have used A&E Repair Solutions and Roofing for the past 6-8 years for our roofing projects. Those projects have included shingle roof replacements on residential and commercial properties in the Johnson City and Kingsport area. We've never had any issues and projects completed in a timely manner. We have found their communication and workmanship is excellent and would highly recommend.

Over last 4 years have had 3 emergency roof repairs needed. This company responded and showed up same day on each occasion. This last wind damaged roof they came out on a Sunday and patched what was needed to avoid leaking until adjustor could come out. They didnâ t charge anything for that Sunday visit. They replaced our damaged shingle roof with metal roof all in one day. They are extremely nice and professional. Expert craftsmanship. Did great cleanup and very thorough.

They repaired the roof vent cap and replaced plumbing vent shield. They came same day! They are the only company that could do it same day. They were professional, fast and very easy to work with.

They were the only company that was able to do an emergency roof repair. All the other companies either were backed up weeks or didn't do repair work at all. They did the work same day and very quickly! I was so thankful they were able to do the work on such short notice. Hopefully this will keep it from being a much more serious problem such as water damage from rain.

I have done light construction in ,my younger days. Roofing is hard work. I tried for several hours to repair the roof myself, the location made it too difficult to do by myself, second story 6/12 pitch at the very corner of the house where the power lines come in. I got on Angi for a quote at 1pm, A and E call by 1:15pm, get to my house at 3:15pm, work done by 4pm. They also informed me why the shingles were blowing off, poor initial construction on my 8 year old home. They completed the job for less than half of what I was expecting to pay. I don't usually leave reviews, but these folks were phenomenal. I'd give them a 10 out of 5.

They were very quick to come out and repair my roof.

After I had my roof cleaned, several shingles became loose and fell off during high winds. A and E came out for an estimate just a few days after my first call and found several issues that were not visible from the ground where other shingles had cracked. They were out the next day with a crew to fix the problems.

Very prompt and knowledgeable. They called me back in 10 minutes after I applied on Angie's. My roof was fixed a few hours later by them. Very nice people.

The wind had blowed a few shingles off the peak of my roof and then it rained that night which wasn't a good outcome. I needed this fixed immediately. The next morning I looked up on Angie's list someone to repair it. They called and come out that day and give me a price and fixed it that day before the next rain.

Fourteen years ago we had a guy install a â 30 yearâ roof. It was not step splashed and has leaked ever since. Adam and Esmeralda came here and as far as I can tell did the job right. They said they always step splashed and guaranteed it will not leak. They seemed to be trustworthy and gave us a reasonable priceâ ¦. I suppose Iâ ll know for sure after the first good rain,,,,so for now they get a five star from me.

Responded same day to give estimate and work began 2 days later. Arrived on time with all necessary equipment and man power. Materials were delivered while they were removing old roof. Replaced boards from water damage and installed new roofing on semi attached garage to match existing roofing on house. Worked fast and efficiently and were very friendly and knowledgeable. Cleaned up quickly leaving no mess and removed all old roofing. They even helped us load and hauled off old shingles from a previous roof project... Garage roof looks great!

The company went to work on our roof the same day they gave us an estimate They wrapped up the job within a few hours and cleaned p the work site thoroughly. Our roof now looks better now than it did before the storm! Outstanding work and great people.
