I selected A&F Lawn Care based on positive reviews and the owner's knowledge, despite higher costs. The plan was to seed my backyard in two phases to accommodate my dogs. However, the first phase led to a weed-infested lawn and, alarmingly, shards of glass in the topsoil, which were not previously there. The owner agreed to address these issues in the second phase, but the service was subpar. The reseeding was ineffective, and I initially received conflicting irrigation advice, resulting in additional costs. Despite using their services for both phases, the outcome was disappointing. Communication was challenging, especially when their truck breakdown further delayed the service. After consulting other companies, it became clear that the yard hadn't been pre-treated correctly. I've now switched providers and am seeing significant improvements in my lawn's condition."

Never met a contractor who gives the job 110% and didn't leave until the job was done right. I was always informed about each phase of the project and when they would be onsite as the delays were all weather related In addition, all phone calls are promptly returned. I will hire Fred's company for my next project.

They called and left a message on a Sunday night. Work crew showed up without approval, and the job was horrible and not finished and I threw them off my property.

Quick responds to request for estimate and works with the customer on the coordination for the care of your lawn.

Fred was very professional. Cleaned up after all the work was completed. Said he would be back to put grass seed down and he did. Also said if I see anything wrong or not happy with anything to give him a call .

They did a nice job clearing my yard of leaves, sticks, and old firewood. Fred and team were courteous and responsive.

The removed the leaves but left some spots and the front could be cleaned better than it was. they left a lot of eggcorns.

Fred showed up the same day I requested information of lawn maintenance. His prices are fair. He is very professional and although my maintenance hasn't started yet I am so sure I will be very happy with this company. I am giving them a 5 rating.

Excellent job and customer service. The owner Fred Tuttle came out to my property the same day and assessed my lawn within an hour or so after I sent my request to HomeAdvisor. He is very personable and trustworthy. He sent me before and after photos of my property. My family and I are very satisfied with the services provided and will definitely use his services again in the near future. As a matter of fact, we are discussing other projects.

I just received and accepted an estimate to clean up and restore my lawn after removing my above ground pool. The owner, Fred Tuttle, was very personable and came out the same day I called. He assessed the area, discussed several options and price with me. I received and accepted a fair and clearly written estimate by e-mail that same evening. I was impressed by Fred's promptness, fair pricing and friendly negotiating manner and look forward to having the job satisfactorily completed.
