Chad came out to our home at 11pm on a Thursday night! Saved us tons of $ by coming out and fixing the fridge so we didn't have to buy all new food. He was quick getting here and fixing the fridge. He showed us what the issue was and made us feel comfortable with the fix!

I submitted the request through HA and had a call from A&J in literally seconds. They were able to get a tech out to my house within the hour and he completed the repair quickly and got my refrigerator operating properly again. I was definitely happy with the service.

for both appointments the tech showed up several hours late and I had to call several times during the day for updates. The tech seemed to be in a hurry and didn 't really act like he was interested in being there.
