I was impressed with the estimate and with there availability on this project. They talked a big game but when it came down to game time well that was a different story they would say they would be on the job at 8am but then some days wouldn’t show up till 10 and some days leave by 12. They took longer than then they said they would because of the number of hours they worked. The job when finally completed looked great but a few weeks later all the grouting is breaking up and falling out. It needs to be re grouted now.
