A & J's Fix Ups

If there was a way of giving 0 stars I would. We entered into a contract Feb 25th 2018. I was told the project would be completed by Mother's Day 2018. Needless to say the project was never completed. Jason Toxel, the J in A and J's Fix Ups comes across as a very knowledgeable very pleasant but don't be fooled. We should have known better when he kept asking for more money for supplies, supplies that we never saw. We paid him 99% of the contract amount and received NOTHING of what we paid for. A 200 Amp breaker box, turned into a 100 Amp breaker box. We were supposed to have a remodeled kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom. All he did was frame out the rooms, no Sheetrock, no toilet, no shower stall. no kitchen, no appliances. We were supposed to have new flooring installed. There was not a single tile installed. Jason Toxel lied almost about everything. He assured me that the materials were sitting in a home improvement store, when I pressed him about it he told me that I needed to give him extra money to pay for it. What???? That was all in the contract we signed. He destroyed the original wood railings and He installed used vinyl railings that were scratched riddled with screw holes that weren't even covered up. What was supposed to be a fun little getaway, Jason Toxel turned into a nightmare. I've had several contractors come and assess what was do by A and J's Fix Ups and most concur that they will need to redo a lot of the work that was done. Please beware of A and J's Fix Ups and Jason Toxel
