Made quick diagnosis of my problem, but unfortunately the defective part was no longer available. So, new refrigerator needed. Got a 2 hour window for appt, showed up at the end of the window time but Aaron was very prompt in calling to say about when he would arrive. I liked that!

They repaired my GE washing machine. They were upfront about the cost of the inspection, the cost of the part to repair, and how long the part would take. My washing machine has worked great for over a month since their fix, and I do 2-3 loads a day on the sani cycle (I cloth diaper twins). They were a bit pricier than the guy I used to use, but I am willing to pay a bit extra to have times and prices communicated clearly before the project begins.
