My garage door got stuck and I couldn't open it. A&L showed up quickly and apparently fixed the problem. But I noticed that my garage door didn't come all the way down and there was a gap underneath. I mentioned that to A&L rep, but he disagreed with me and said the problem was the floor. I ended up to call another company and the underneath gap was fixed. Homeadvisor rep got involved and they were very helpful to mediate this issue between me and A&L. A couple days ago, A&L rep came to my door and left me a check. He reimbursed half of the money that I paid him. I thank both Homeadvisor and A&L for this customer oriented resolution.

He called me within minutes of filing an online request. He arrived within an hour and provided detailed information on what needed repair and our options. He had materials to fix the garage door and completed work in a short time. I definitely would hire him again. His name is Luis at A and L Garage Doors.
