Removed and replaced dry rot siding on 3 of 4 sides of two-story house, installed insulation, painted entire house, plus some incidental repairs. His crew was excellent, friendly, responsible, kept worksite as clean as could be expected. Andre was always available and responsive, goes the extra mile. Paid 1/2 up front and remainder in sequential payments. Never a problem. I?d use him again. In fact, I?m already scheduled.

Yes Bath remodel Flooring Painting came amazing

I hired Andre to remodel my kitchen, paint a bedroom and closet, paint two hallways, paint livingroom, refinish wood floors in livingroom and replace all electrical outlets and switches in all this area. They took off all outlets and left this hole in my livingroom right next to my Grandfather Clock. Not only does it look bad but cold air comes thru there. I have been calling him since September 2024 to come finish this. He usually will not answer my calls but when he does it is the same story each time I will call you tonight and let you know when we can come finish that. Never does he return the calls. In my closet the rod was taken down and thrown away. Not sure why. I finally went and bought a new rod and replaced it in closet so the closet could be used. Because after many calls and him blaming his helper for not bringing the rod and replacing I just did it myself. Unfortunately I cannot replace electrical outlets myself and I paid him for doing it he needs to come do it.

Andre was a lot of fun to work with, and made the experience far less stressful. We were simultaneously painting interior and exterior while also replacing the floors. It was chaotic. The team that was here were very accommodating and even installed some new lights for us even though it wasn’t part of the bid. We already have other projects in mind and will definitely be calling Andre back.

The finished faster than the time quoted. They showed up at the exact same time as promised every day.

This is my second time getting flooring installed from these guys and they do quality work!

Andre contracted on 5-6-24 thru Roy at Greater Texas Concepts 210-309-7641 to remove popcorn ceiling thru out the house, interior paint and install six new windows. The windows were installed in 6-1 however the kitchen window was cracked. Roy confirmed window replacement was ordered 6-4 and I made final payment. After seven calls/text to Roy and eight calls to Andre in 75+ days, neither one has returned my calls to arrange replacement.

Andre did an amazing job of rehabbing my in-laws home for resale. The original job was to paint and install LVP throughout the entire home. The project grew to include patio, laundry room, garage and to many other things to name. Andre was such a pleasure to work with. His patience, knowledge and sense of humor made the entire process easy and enjoyable. He has the utmost integrity of anyone I've ever worked with and his dedication to the project was evident from the beginning to the end. May God continue to bless him and his business and in all that he does.
