I tried to get them to finish the job I requested, I reached out via email, certified letter and calls to have them finish the work so they could get the final amount due. HomeAdvisor Powered by Angi tried twice to speak with them but they never showed up to finish the job. I was provided with no other recourse but to post a negative review on his profile. I did make a full payment initially and had to withdraw part of it to try and get them to come back out.

We live in a day and age where most hires feel like theyâ re doing you a favor...not the case here. As a retired GC, it was a pleasure to deal with such a seamless operation. Responded to my request for quote in a matter of minutes, scheduled an appointment that catered to my schedule not theirs, Simon conducted the walk thru with a confidence that put me at ease and Carlos certainly carried out all tasks in a timely manner with the utmost professionalism! Simon and his team are very professional and a pleasure to work with on the installation of our home theater and internet upgrade. Simon provided me with an estimate quickly and answered all our questions. Once we gave him the ok, he ordered the equipment and within a few weeks all the equipment arrived. After two days of installation our dream home theater was complete, the installers were very neat and cleaned up after themselves. Extremely happy with the overall experience and will recommend to all friends and family.

I cannot day enough good things about Simon and his crew. They turned what looked like an impossible job into an amazing home theatre room. The quality of the work is amazing, his team is friendly and respectful, and Simon is always conscious of staying on budget. They didn t just take care of my audio/video needs, they did excellent construction work on the room. I intend to be Hire Simon again and again for work in my home.

I was very specific in requesting a network specialist but they sent a kid that actually had no idea. He called our internet provider to reset the modem and left us with an invoice of over $200 and the same problem.

I could agree that sending a young technician might seem "like a Kid" to you but all our staff is capable and knowledgeable for the job (we have over 50 reviews stating so) The tech called your provider because you were having an ip conflict and your modem belongs to them, which would also justify your comments on having the same issue... to that I suggest you requesting a new modem. If there is anything you could need from us to improve your experience and review please let us know and we will gladly take care of it. We strive to provide a great service and value to our customers."

The tech was very knowledgeable and succeeded connecting my new Smart TV to my old built in speakers. He needed a specific type of converter to complete the task. He left to pick it up so the job could be completed that day. I am thrilled to enjoy all my TV apps like Pandora n Spotify throughout my entire condo. Great job at a very reasonable cost.
