Great to do business with them. Josh was above board with everything. He told me what was wrong and how to fix it right. I didn't have to wonder how much it would cost, he told me upfront. He was true to his word and didn't mislead me. And he didn't have to call someone else to ask them questions to verify what he did, he knew what to do and did it. That goes a long way in my book! Initially concerned that a truck showed up 30 min past the 9-11 timeframe that was not an A & M Mechanical truck. The service man said that he was coming to work at A & M and was still using a prior work truck with the old company's name on it. Cleaned the coil with a chemical to remove mold...sprayed it on, waited 15 min, washed it off, didn't have to pull the coil to clean it.....$269....seemed a little high for what it was....doubt I would use them again

Gas Furnace / Forced Air Heating System Repair Service
Tech told me the heat exchanger was cracked. I paid tech the call out fee. I decided to get 2nd opinion. According to the the other company heat exchsnger was not cracked at all.

"Hi Ed, we are so upset about you feeling the need to rate us with one star. We would love to hear from you and make you happy. When our technician come out and found that the 12 year old unit had mold on the evap coil, rust on the heat exchange, along with a lack of maintenance, on top of a hairline crack through the tubing, he gave the same recommendations that he would give anyone else. We are not sure why the company who gave you a second opinion did not find the hairline crack, but for safety reasons, we error on the side of caution and always want to give the customer what we believe is the safest option for them. We also like to give our customers several options, just like our technician did for you. We would love to discuss this with you and go back over you invoice and the options given, if you would like to give us a call at 713-680-2070, it would be a pleasure talking with you."
