I feel as though I was swindled. I was told on the phone that it was 300 for a 5 year warranty, but when he arrived, he told me if I wanted the 5 yr warranty, I would need to pay 500. For that cost I would have just replaced the tub, which I wasn't going to do since I had already tiled around it.

Overall the experience was acceptable. I was annoyed when told that I would have to pay more if they could not find a parking spot in front of my building. If parking is an issue that arrangement needs to be known in advance so that accommodation can be made

My bathtub looks wonderful! Andre did a super job of taping and covering; none of the surrounding areas are marred or damaged. The job took about 6 hours and he worked straight through. He had equipment to keep the fumes from accumulating in my unit so my dog and I were never uncomfortable. Andre was kind enough to offer a non-skid finish without my asking, which I appreciated very much. If you don't do these kinds of repairs often, you don't know what to ask so if a reputable service provider can anticipate what you need, it's worth alot. I would recommend Andre to anyone - money very well spent!

A & M was very helpful. I needed a specific problem addressed, and I was given very good advice and ideas. We were able to come to an agreement as to how best repair my bathtub without having to tear my bathroom up for construction in removing and replacing the tub. Thank you A & M!

Our 100-year old claw foot tub needed interior refinishing. Andre arrived early in the monring and got to work right away. He taped off surrounding surfaces and properly ventilated the area. He was diligent and worked for 9 hrs straight. The final result is a beautiful refinished bathtub. Thank you Andre for a job well done.
