Very knowledgeable in trouble shooting problem. When they determined it was a broken wire leading from the outlet to the circuit breaker, they could easily have suggested/recommended that the wire be replaced, which would mean punching a hole in the wall to do so (and would be much more bigger project and cost a lot more). Instead, they bypassed the broken wire and provided power to the outlet from another wire, which was faster to do and a lot less expensive.
